World Trade Office Supplies

I’ve been coming here over the years and finally decided to write a review. Very nice owners which will go out of their ways to help you. I sometimes pass by just to buy a pen just to say hi to them. Keep up the great work

This is a first for me: I’m writing a review for a place I never actually set foot in or purchased an item from.
We were at the Long Beach Convention Center for a 4 day trade show when our printer ran out of ink. I called World Trade Office Supplies as Google said it was the only option nearby.
Anita was friendly, but unfortunately didn’t have the refill I needed. She took my name and number, and volunteered to call her local suppliers and other office supply stores so I didn’t have to spend my time on the phone hunting my refill down.
Sure enough, not 5 minutes later she called me back having located what I needed in Signal Hill — a 15 minute drive away — and volunteered to not only go get it for me, but DELIVER IT TO ME AT THE CONVENTION CENTER. I was completely blown away! This wasn’t exactly a high dollar transaction, and she knew I was from out of town and not likely to frequent her business… Yet she was offering to bring my ink refill TO ME.
Customer service like that is unheard of in the modern world … And I promise you if I were a Long Beach native this would be my go to office supply store.
