This place is a disaster. It took over an hour and a half to get our food. It came out half ass and wasn’t even decent. The other food we had ordered was good but don’t waste your time getting a sushi roll because you’ll wait forever and it’s not worth it.

Sadly I order via Unilocal using the delivery service, after 1.5 hours the order was incomplete and the business was no picking up the phone!

We have been coming here for a few years and the Thai food is awesome(avoid the sushi)…unfortunately the manager and many of the new servers they hired here are terrible. We’ve been here twice in 2 weeks and each time greeted with new servers. They’ve messed up our orders messed up our bills and The manager has not even acknowledge the mistakes. Last week it took 30 min between the first entrée and the last entrée to be served. This week it took 40 min for our to go order. We will only come back of Baa is working because she’s the only one there doing her job with a smile. I’m hoping this place turns around soon or we will find a new place.

The food is super super yummy and I love to come for their lunch specials. Huge variety of food and even bigger variety of sushi. Las vegas roll was sooo rich and delicious. Try their thai tea, its delicious and if youve never had thai tea youre simply missing out!!!

This place used to be amazing, but it appears to have gone through a couple of different ownership/management changes over the past few years. And they used to have all Japanese sushi chefs and all Thai servers, but now it’s all white people working there… just saying there’s been big changes, so I’m wondering if it’s good authentic food. The sushi bar is not nearly what it used to be. Will have to try the Thai food to see if it’s still the same.

I came in today wondering if there were any specials since a bunch of signs outside said they did. When I came in the lady told me they don’t have anything special. I ordered a sushi combination for $ 21 and then three tables sat down surrounding mine after I placed my order. They were told about Happy Hour going on… Which I was not. They also got given a happy hour menu with discounted sushi on it, which is exactly what I was looking for. I was super upset so I tell the waitress, and she didn’t offer to do anything about it. I had literally just given her my order about 7 mins before this, she could have suggested cancelling it and bringing over a happy hour menu for me to look at… Right? I have been a GM for years and years and the lack of customer service to a person that said they have never been to your restaurant was horrible — enough so that I’ll never go back. Now for the food, besides the fact they got my order wrong the sushi fish was SUCH poor quality, as was the sushi rice. It was probably the worst sushi I have ever had, and it wasn’t cheap. If you’re going to try this place out I would go for the Thai food or the noodles. Out of the entire city of Long Beach, or even the small area of Signal Hill, there are FAR better places to spend your money. This was not a good atmosphere, good service or good food… Don’t even waste your time. Also, judging by the lack of management, I doubt anyone will even follow up with this review — Which is another sign of poor customer service. Just know that for every NEW customer you can win over, they usually tell an estimate of 8 people. So if this place had their sh*t together they could have potentially got up to 9 new customers.

This is one of my favorite restaurant that serves Thai food here in Long Beach Area. I really like their Pok Tak Soup and Crab Fried Rice. However, service may not be that good so since it can get really busy in the restaurant. Wait time is long but it’s worth it cause you will enjoy their delicious food.

A group of us «Girls»(mostly crossdressers but also a good representation of the LBGT community) have coordinated dinner gatherings there a few times, prior to heading out for the evening, and we’ve always been extremely satisfied! Whether it’s a small group of 4 – 6 or when we’ve had as many as 20+ they’ve always accommodated. They treat us all with respect and have the absolute friendliest group of servers, very helpful with recommendations. The food is always delicious with a wide variety of Sushi Rolls, Noodle dishes, soups, etc… all of is has a delicious twist to it. The Kryptonite & Super California rolls are my favorites, along with the Pad Kee Mao noodles. The live music is always a nice addition to the dinner as well.

Pad Thai was pretty much the worst I’ve ever had. No real flavor. I honestly can’t be bothered to write much more than that. The tamago sushi was slightly redeeming for the rest of the meal. But it’s very pricey if you get just two pieces. Skip it.

Food is really good, the sushi bomb. The process could be better but my boyfriend and I always leave extremely satisfied and with enough food for an extra meal.

Dirty. The tables were wiggly an couldn’t be fixed. I could have made better Pa-Nang Curry from a box. The special Kai Yang Chicken well it was moist but I tasted no Thai spice or hint of coconut milk. I will give kudos to the sushi bar! My Cherry Blossom Roll was pretty amazing. That’s the rest of the story.

So I hear Thai dishes and sushi rolls are best served at Your House?! Only one way to find out. Let’s go on a sushi date! I head over to Your House multiple times out of the year for some decent sushi rolls, especially during Happy Hours! Sigh, the hours are moved up to 3−6pm instead of the usual 4−7pm. Just missed it. Recently, my girlfriend and I found out that the restaurant is under new management, no wonder. The moment we stepped inside, something was off! We often have our dates here since it’s near her house. Our server was happy to share that the old chefs and servers stayed, and more servers were also added. The menu was changed, all words now! Sigh, I need my pictures. It’s rare I go out to a sushi bar and not have any rolls illustrated on the menu. Not to mention, the new menu had a few typos(descriptions were similar for two different items/misspelled words) even the server laughed at it when I pointed it out. The interior had a bit of a facelift, it’s dimmer. All the items from the old menu were there, although it seemed like the prices went up. Personally, I had a harder time deciding on what to eat on our last visit. I guess I was getting used to everything«new». I started us off with our usual eggrolls, it has shrimps. It’s a must every time. With or without the sweet chili sauce, it’s delicious! My friend had the Candy Roll & I had the Spicy Tuna bowl. I really wish we caught the Happy Hour – buy one get the second half off. I would’ve enjoyed it more. My bowl was good, I wouldn’t recommend it or order it again. We also saved enough room for dessert – Sweet Mango Sticky Rice. We both really like it so we made it a point to order it. It’s mango season, yet it was a bit sour. Interesting. Overall, we had an O-K experience. We’d most likely give them some time to settle in, I say 3 – 6 months?!!

This place isn’t what I used to remember it to be. I don’t know what it is, but maybe it is the new management that made this place such a horrendous place to eat at. I came here because I was in the area and remembered how much I used to love this place. Upon arrival, my boyfriend and I were greeted by some lady, I’m guessing the manager(?) who was sitting all the way in the corner doing some paperwork. Now we were confused because we were like, why is a customer talking to us… I just find that completely unprofessional, and even so, the least you can do is walk up and seat us. On to the food. I ordered Tom Yum Noodle Soup and what arrived on my table was the saddest looking bowl of such a wonderful and well-known Thai dish ever! The broth had no sour, nor spicy taste; just a small bowl of sweet msg and sugar. The pork tasted like it’s been refrigerated months on end… The color of the wontons just didn’t look edible at all. On top of that, no one ever came to check up on us. All the workers were just talking and laughing obnoxiously behind the sushi bar. I am so disappointed with this establishment. Bottom line, my expected taste of what used to be one of my favorite Thai places just went in the shitter. Sorry Your House, you are definitely no longer my home for Thai food.

So, I’ve read the bad reviews. I have waited long periods of time and have processed many orders through this business and after all this, I have to change my view on a place I previously loved. In the wake of this ‘problem’ I decided to reorder because I’m super into the Pad See Ew. I have had the opportunity to wait ridiculous amounts of time for my order to be ready over the last 8 or so times we have ordered food here. I honestly enjoy the Pad See Ew. I wanted so badly to leave my good review as it was but this was the last straw. My boyfriend and I ordered food tonight. 20 minutes later while we were in the parking lot to pick up our order a man from the restaurant called. He told me they ran out of noodles. This is NOT the first time. Ran out of noodles 20 minutes after accepting a phone order. What do you think about that?

Super fun place! Live music on a Saturday night that jammed. Servers are nice and friendly. They’re under new management so pretty much everyone on the floor is new, but still really fun and helpful. I had the highway 3 and candy rolls both where was amazing! My wife had the pad Thai and said it was the best she ever had! Not much on beer selection… but the food is definitely the focus of this place and they nailed it! The place is changing which is cool, but keep the food! It was so good!

This review is based off of one thing and one thing only, Pad Kra Prao. I originally came here to meet a friend for happy hour but their happy hour wasn’t anything special or worth ordering so I went with the Pad Kra Prao PADKRAPRAO $ 9.00 plus $ 1 extra for the fried egg. The dish is basically ground your choice of meat, I went with the chicken mixed With basil sauce, bell pepper and onions with a side of black rice and a fried egg on top. Now I’ve had this dish plenty of places but I think this is by far one of my favorites, top 3 for sure. The dish is well flavored, just the right amount of spice, and good portion. The e4 ½ stars*** Service was average. Restaurant is roomy, and bathrooms were decent. I’ll probably more than likely be back if I wanted pad kra prao. But other items on the menu are just ok in my opinion.

Sushi is pretty good, Pad Thai is alright. Happy hour ends at 7pm. Reverse parking is a must. Rate is 3 stars because the customer service is SUPER slow. It took the server 20 minutes to get things together and take our order. And she forgot to serve us water as a startup. We had to remind her, even though the table behind us didn’t need to. I ordered The Love Potion from the sushi menu. Cost $ 12. If you go to happy hour(3pm-7pm), the win-win price is $ 8. I recommend Love Potion for those who crave avocado, shrimp tempura, spice, and salmon or albacore! Haven’t eaten Pad Thai with chicken for a very long time, so I gave this restaurant a try. Taste is alright, if you mix the plate before eating it. That way the sauce will spread all over the noodles. I like that my Pad Thai wasn’t soaked with a ton of oil. Yet, the dish could use some extra flavoring of salt! The Pad Thai is prepared in a medium proportion for $ 8. Drank the Thai Iced Coffee as my beverage. It’s a good starter, and for $ 2.75 the coffee is served in a good size with the appropriate amount of sugar.

3 stars but it was better than I expected. The ambiance here is really cool and it’s a comfortable place to eat. The service is suuuperrr slow here. But I’ve driven past this place a hundred times and have always wanted to try. So one night we stopped in! Wednesday night. The place was fairly busy(maybe 7 tables of 4 tops) and there were 3 servers. You had to flag a server down every time you needed something, but oh well. They didn’t have a bad attitude or anything, they just were using a zone approach as opposed to man on man. Minus 1 star. I got the pad thai & husband got the Panang curry with chicken. Panang was pretty gritty unfortunately, but on the plus side they give a lot of chicken. There’s the other star. My pad thai was great! Didn’t try the sushi. Definitely will be back! Get the thai iced tea.

What a nice little treat on Tuesday! They had live music — 2 man band but it was great! I’ve always had take out from this place but it was very mediocre when I open it up at home but dining in was a different experiences. A+: Kai Yang — when they said BBQ, i rolled my eyes but when it came out, I was quite pleased. Well presented, very flavorful, sweet, salty, spicy. A: Pad Kra Prao — I like the flavors from all the peppers and the basil sauce :) Will be back!
