Went in with a friend for me to get just a common acrylic fill in with gel polish to top it off, she wanted just a simple manicure. They didn’t have the materials to do my nails… I wasn’t asking for anything complicated, yet they didn’t have the bare necessities. After being a little confused by this the owner gave me tremendous attitude and was very rude. She then went on to do my friend’s manicure. Really the only task a nail technician is required to be perfect at. But not even close. The polish went on very rough, and her nails looked bubbly and like a pre-teen did it. Aside from the actual nails looking terrible, the skin around her nails had polish all over. A small fix, but not one she wanted to take the time go perform. Definitely won’t be back.

The salon is very clean and the people are very friendly. They took me right away as a walk in for a gel manicure. She did a very nice job cutting to my request and shaping. The only negative thing is its 4 days later and the gel is chipping. I’ve never experienced this with gel before. So, customer service is a 5, product is a 0.

Current Wave One under Annie’s ownership has been markedly different. To my knowledge, she has been an honest and lovely business woman. Her staffs are accommodating to customers’ needs. I would highly recommend this salon for a place of relaxation and«getting pampered», for these quality services including unisex hair cutting, facials, tanning, body massage, manicures and pedicures. Annie has definitely brought the place around. Of course, what may be right for one customer may not be for another. And difficult and finicky customers cannot always be satisfied. Annie understands that no matter how unrealistic or rude, they are obviously coming from a place of need, and Annie trusts her own authority — knows what she’s worth.

Myself and my bridal party got our nails done here the day before my wedding. My girls got a regular french manicure for $ 42, that’s a little steep. And they didn’t even do that great of a job. I got a french gel manicure and the curing process wasn’t done correctly. Your hand in the uv light for 3 seconds in between each coat is not enough time.(I offer manicures at my salon) 5 hours later my nails started to bubble and crease from within. One week later they completely peeled off. I also got a spa pedicure and I was willing to pay the $ 60 for a good one but I had polish on my toes after and the«spa» experience was hardly enjoyable. After all was said and done we spent about $ 700 here and we will NOT be going back or referring. One thing I will say in this salons defense is that the staff was very nice. But that is it.
