While in general I find the children’s instructors to be excellent, the temperature of the pool is just too cold for small children. The last class my daughter took she was shivering and refused to let go of me. Half of the class left after 5 minutes and the other two kids stuck it out for another 10 or so. Everyone was crying. Not a good environment to introduce the little ones to the pool. When we complained to Management — they measured the temperature and found it was 81 degrees. The girl at the front desk then tried to tell us it was fine because their disclaimer says the temperature could be as low as 82 degrees. The lack of concern for the children was alarming and it made me angry. They seem to be in the business of making children cry.
