I had a horrible time here, workers were rude which just iced the cake, I wanted to get the bundle that comes with 4 drinks 90 tokens and a pie the girl tells me try the all u can eat buffet I say ok, I thought it would be better for the kids BUT the buffet was EMPTY the whole time we were there I brought it to there attention and their response was as soon as they put the food it gets taken, well then put more or pay attention to who’s taking the food because people were just running taking food without even having the wrist band, chucky came out and did his dance with the kids and they said after he would take pictures, after I take my 1year old to see him and he runs into the back and takes no pictures with anybody, most of the games just kept eating the tokens, was such a waste of money and time

I lived in Brooklyn and find myself Coming to this location majority of the time. The one in Atlantic Mall is horrendous and really ghetto. At least this location is a little better than that. On the weekdays is good but on the weekends it can get really packed. The only thing I am not to fond of is the line to get the prizes. They always have a bunch of people waiting and most of the time one person takes care of the customers. They need more people at least in that area. Other than that is decent enough to bring my child.

Chuck E Cheese… where a kid can be terrified of a 6 foot tall man in a mouse outfit. Just kidding! Well… my three year old hates chuck E cheese himself, but loves his place of business. I have been coming here for about a year now. maybe once or twice every two months? My daughters school doesn’t always follow the normal NYCDOE schedule, so I do try to come when the majority of kids are still in school and that has worked well for us. Friday afternoons at 11 when my girl has a half day? the place is quiet, clean, calm. I can actually sit and let her walk around a bit while keeping her in sight. Other times would probably be weekday afternoon/evenings The pizza? I hate anything but the thin crust. The prices are way high for what they are serving, but I guess I have come to accept that as the price to wear down my tot so she goes home and takes a long nap. I would however never step foot in a chuck E cheese on a Friday night, Saturday or Sunday at all. I made the mistake once and it was an absolute madhouse. Too many people, too little employees — the place was bonkers.

Wow. This is a terrible location. Small and because its small very crowded, far too few games plus many are broken, and of course all but 2 if the 6 the ticket redemption machines are broken. Also a long time ago I waited over an hour for a pizza, I left went to McDonalds and came back, pizza still was not out yet… Way to reinforce that image of a terrible corporate chain!

Very small selection of games and many were out of order. The chuck e cheese in flushing is much better.

This place doesn’t even deserve a CORNER of a star; absolutely disgusting location! FILTHY& staff is so classless. I became the first person in my line and the cashier moved to assist another line that had no cashier — - she was the only cashier for both lines– I couldn’t believe the short staff but I knew it was out of her control so I was understanding… I ended up waiting 10 minutes to finally order when she came back to my line… and the best part? She didn’t even bother apologizing or attending to me in a concerned manner as an employee providing good customer service should. Instead, she said«you need help uh somethin??» Excuse meeeee… This place was a dump. Never again. Waste of money.

Not a bad location! We went on a week night and it was near empty. They have a nice selecting of games(I was stuck on the Deal or No Deal game for a while). To my pleasant surprise, the pizza was delicious. We received vouchers for free tickets when we purchased food. I did notice that the ticket counter was inaccurate. I manually counted my tickets before allowing the machine to munch away on my tickets and i noticed I was being swindled out of tickets… lol. I informed the manager and he said no problem. He gave us another voucher for more tickets. The place is clean(Hallaleujah)! I hate going to a Chuck E Chesse location and feeling like I have to run behind my children with anti-bacterial wipes. We enjoyed ourselves and would definitely return to this location.

Lots of machine don’t work and I guess no one bothers fixing it, evening if the ticket eater was out. No help on the game floor whatsoever. This is one of the worst Chuck E Cheese ever. Avoid.

We just had our kid’s bd party here and was very impressed with the party management at this Chuck E Cheese’s. I booked online about 3 weeks out and received a call from the party manager a few days afterwards to confirm my options. Then received a call a few days before the event to confirm headcount — a good thing since my headcount had changed. On the day of, we arrived 15 minutes early, met our hostess(who was wonderful), went over the agenda of the 2-hr party, confirmed food order etc. Everything went very smoothly, and everyone had a wonderful time. This was the most stressless party I’ve ever planned. I did bring my own cake, balloons, and favors for a personal touch, but these things can also be ordered depending on party package. I do recommend having birthday parties earlier in the day before the place gets crowded. Our party was on a Sunday at 11am which was perfect. I am a pretty picky customer and do recommend this venue for parties for young children. Credit cards accepted, but gratuities need to be made in cash. Free parking in the rooftop mall parking lot.

Came here on a Sunday afternoon with my son and his friend and they had a blast. There are a lot of coupons and deals online. They got 10 free tokens for doing there homework, from a paper we printed from the website. We got 5 free tokens for checking on four square. I ordered pizza for them and salad for me. The pizza was surprisingly good. And so was the salad bar. It was immaculate and everything was fresh. I would definitely come back here with my son.

I took my son here to celebrate his birthday and I have to say go early it gets crowded the people who come here can be very rude. Some of the employees need a lesson in customer service and the front needs to be managed better. The food is ok pizza should be larger and include a side. Some game machines need to be fixed. The most important thing is my son had fun we all did

The foods is horrible to say the least but they offer great family orientated fun geared mostly towards younger children. It’s A-OK but eat somewhere else before

I’m writing on behalf of all the children out there who don’t know how to use the internet, a computer, or let alone know how to form words. This place is. I hate to say it because I’m not a mean reviewer.horrible. When I went there were at least 5+ machines that weren’t working. It doesn’t matter if each machine is only a quarter if the machines aren’t functioning! The place was dirty(not to mention rundown) and it wasn’t even crowded so I don’t know what the excuse would be. I didn’t bother with the food after seeing everything else. We had many extra tokens left because we got so fed up with everything broken that we started giving them out to random people entering. At least we saved others money. Two stars instead of one because of previous memories here when I was a kid and how I loved this place more than anywhere else in the world. I wish it was the same for children now.

If you like frozen pizza, wild children, tickets, tokens, and the possible ball being thrown at your face, this is the place to be. I do love a good skee ball game.

It’s really the only Chuck E Cheese’s in Queens, or atleast I think so. Do you really have a choice? Exactly which is why this location is a place you have no choice but to settle. Each time I’ve been here, there’s always atleast 3 – 5 machines are broken. I gave them 1 extra star because I was there late Friday night, noticed the people who work there cleaning their machines with Clorox wipes, really made my day haha. Don’t order food here nor soda, they don’t clean their soda filters — so gross!

They tried to turn me into a fiend. I went for a kids party, and caught my self thinking about stealing tokens from children… from children! The shame! It’s clean, relatively calm(we went on a Sunday morning), and the games are so much fun. Whoever said to stick to the Wheel of Fortune was right. I don’t even get how to play the game, but I won 100 tickets. My boyfriend so snarkily pointed out that 100 tickets is probably worth $ 3 in prizes, but whatever. Be warned… stay away from charging your credit card to buy tokens. Chuck E Cheese is turning into the children’s Atlantic City. Soon you’re gonna see kids posted up @ the games with a drink in one hand and their token cup in the other.

I was ready for a negative experience when I moved my son’s outdoor birthday party indoors due to to threatened rain(which never came) but I was more than pleasantly surprised by the result. As soon as I arrived, I was introduced to our party host. She handled everything, was attentive and worked with me(a neurotic first-time mother) in stride. The basic package is well-priced and all inclusive. Our crowd of 112 – 7 year olds had plenty of tokens to play with(20 included per kid and 100 extra because it was Sunday) and everyone, especially my 4-year-old son. The birthday cake, ordered in-house, was delicious and the rest of the food did the trick. My son had«face time» with Chuck E. and the party songs, etc., were adorable to watch. I think 4 is probably the perfect age for it. And, yes, it was clean. I only wish there were a few more skee ball lanes, so I didn’t feels so bad about hogging one from the little ones. All in all, I was very impressed with the operation. I was worried about how crowded it would be but, for a New York City venue, it wasn’t that bad. I was so moved to see how much fun my kid was having. I’d do it again in a heartbeat. And I didn’t have to clean up! Bonus. Don’t expect gourmet, but if want you want is an easy, well-priced, fun time for your kiddo’s party, this really is as good as it gets.

This Chuck-E-Cheese’s is easy to get to, and full of games that will take you back to your childhood. Check out the Wheel-of-Fortune game, it has the biggest payout. For an unmatched gambling rush, try Speed Demon. As always, the classic skeeball is my personal favorite. Although, there aren’t as many spots at this game as I would like, so you might not get to play too much. I didn’t try the food, so I can’t speak for it, but we got 105 tokens for $ 20.00, played lots of games, and cashed out for prizes and cotton candy. Though I went on a Saturday, this location is still very tight because it is rather small. There is not much room to navigate, and not an empty table in site. That being said, I still had a blast.
