Nature’s Premiere Diaper Service

I had a credit that I completely forgot about until baby was potty trained (whoops!) Brooke was amazingly helpful with me in using my gift card for merchandise. Many back and forths as I decided how best to use the credit and they transition away from selling goods but Brooke was always patient and helpful. I ended up getting mostly diapers for future baby.

I love this diaper service. It’s a match made in heaven for me because I was obsessing over potentially adding to our landfill crisis with my son’s soiled diapers. Maybe you haven’t heard, but plastic diapers by the billions of pounds have been clogging up landfills across the nation. I opted for the Compostable Diaper Service. Every week, like clockwork, they drop off a box of compostable diapers, biodegradable wipes and a biodegradable bag and pick up our soiled diapers. I know it doesn’t sound too magical, since that’s what a diaper service usually does. But the fact that they are making an effort to stop the madness and offer this compostable option is really pretty amazing. Apparently, all of the soiled diapers are transported upstate to a commercial composting facility. While there is a footprint involved in this mileage, and given the fact that the diapers are imported, which I grin and bear, it’s still a hell of a lot better than throwing plastic diapers in the trash. By the way, I didn’t personally opt for the cloth diaper service only because I am an avid composter and I was excited to have found a company in NYC offering a compostable option. Although setting up our initial account took a little while, customer service is excellent. If I make a modification to our order, they are on top of their shit. Well, our shit. Never mind. No time for puns. They have never let us down. Try them out!

I have had this diaper service since my son was about a month old, and have been very happy with it! Not only is Nature’s Premier environmentally friendly, they are extremely helpful and accommodating. If they can’t answer the phone, they always call back right away, and answer any questions, and will even stop in and give helpful tips and advice. I have been very impressed with this service. And honestly, using the service is not that much more expensive than buying disposable diapers every week would be, but it’s better for baby’s skin, and for the landfills. I highly recommend Nature’s Premier to any parent.
