GB Culinary Concepts

We wanted to have a private in home chef for a special occasion dinner party for ten. We hired GB Culinary Concepts to do passed hors d’oeuvres, a four course dinner plus dessert and everything with a wine pairing. To make the event even more effortless GB culinary supplied absolutely everything else we would need. All I had to do was have a centerpiece delivered. The event itself was flawless and the entire planning process couldn’t have been easier. The very capable event planner, Nicole listened to every detail and included all that we spoke of. We were lucky to have Chef Grant’s wife Kaylen as our server. She was engaging, professional and worked tirelessly. Grant was also a personable pro who worked non stop. I had very high expectations and our group has very high standards. The food and pairings easily exceeded every expectation every step of the way. Chef Grant’s farm to table menu reinterpreted all of my favorite foods in a unique modern way. E V E R Y T H I N G was so delicious and artfully presented. We’ve had an incredible, unforgettable culinary experience and an epic event!!!
