Pretty gross frozen yogurt here, very watery, and the ice cream is only marginally better. Interesting thing though was that they don’t charge by weight like most froyo places so you can pile up your froyo and toppings to your heart’s content with no additional cost. But considering the actual frozen treats have zero appeal, I’d opt to just fill a cup with toppings if you have to buy something here. Otherwise, I recommend you avoid this place and satisfy your sweet tooth elsewhere.

Lots of choices, really good yogurt and friendly staff. What more do you need?

Went here tonight and was extremely disappointed. We use to love TCBY. We went to use a gift card, only to find out that they charge a service fee if it isn’t used in a certain amount of time. So, we had a balance of $ 0. Still got yogurt for our children and the place was a disaster. There wasn’t one table outside that didn’t have yogurt smeared all over the place. The bathroom was filthy, trash was overflowing both inside/outside, and the water was empty. I would understand if it was super busy, but there were three workers standing around chatting. This place needs some major help!!!

We went to TCBY yesterday and they have moved to fixed pricing. They used to charge by the weight, but now you buy the cup for a set price(small is $ 3.99). I don’t like this model because I enjoy smaller portions. Or family of 4 would usually spend between 10 and 12 dollars and last night’s bill cam out to $ 16. Sorry TCBY, we’ll be going to Mencies from now on.

So… I love TCBY. And I love the new modern approach that TCBY has taken, but this was bad. I went in on Thursday morning to order a cake for my client. They had the cake, but they were out of anything to write on the cake with. I told them I could come back on Friday at noon to pick up my cake with writing on it. I showed up at 11:50, and they were in the process of ‘completing’ my cake. When they finally brought the cake out, it literally looked like a 3rd grader wrote on it. I have terrible writing, but could have done much better of a job. My client at some point said ‘did you make this at home?‘ Though the cake was fantastic, I cant believe thats what My cake looked like. I will return for yogurt, but never again for a cake!

Thank you for having a normal sized cup that doesn’t tempt me to buy 72 oz of yogurt and toppings. I love, love the small cups! DON“T change that. DO change that you don’t have Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups. You must have peanut butter cups. And not the cheap ones. The real ones. There is no better combo than White Chocolate Mousse and Peanut Butter cups. And the Monday kid’s happy hour is pretty genius. AND I’m happy TCBY finally went self serve. I’ve been a TCBY fangirl since back in the day when you had to choose a size and one or two toppings. I worked at Pizza Hut and we used to trade TCBY for pizza. It’s got a place right there in the heart for me. Look, you just learned something about me.

The yogurt wasn’t bad. Kind of bland but still decent. Coupled with their limited selection of toppings and their fairly unfriendly staff, I wouldn’t go back. Especially when right on the other side of town is menchies which always greets me with a friendly attitude and they even remember most of their guests!

am so happy that this opened up in the neighborhood. i have gone for dessert like 4 times in the past couple of months… the bummer is that it is brand new, cute style and essence, but even when i went in and it was dead the buffet of toppings were still a mess. it would be more appealing if they wiped the buffet down more often. also, noticed that they straighten up the chairs, but fail to sweep regularly. one of my visits the trash outside was overflowing, and each time ive been here there were flies surrounding the buffet. LOVE the oreo flavor… like chocolate, but not too strong. will definitely be going back many more times, and hope to see the place a little more maintained.

Going to TCBY with my family will always be a great memory of my childhood, so I was excited when they reopened in Longmont. The one time I went in there, everything was FILTHY. None of the tables(or benches/chairs) were clean. The area around the yogurt was disgusting, the area around the toppings was disgusting, and even the scale RIGHTINFRONTOFTHEREGISTER was covered in dried yogurt that hadn’t been properly wiped up. The one employee I saw while I was there was very friendly, but his co-worker seemed to be of no help whatsoever.(I guess that’s what happens when you let irresponsible teenagers work alone and unsupervised.) I think I’ll be sticking with Menchie’s from now on, which is a bummer because TCBY is closer to my house.

This is such a treat to go do. Love the self serve and the small cup. We always load ours up with fruit on the bottom, swirl some yogurt on top the sprinkle with almonds. All for 2.99 + tax. Only draw back is service can be slooooow with the cashiers. Also, avoid eating outside. The trash dumpster from steak house next door always stinks and can ruin an appetite real quick. That’s why only 4 stars, stink and cash out service!

A typical chained FROYO place. The flavors on the day I visited tasted off(too much flavoring essence). The only other TCBY I had is at DIA Terminal C and their butter pecan was very good. This was the reason why I tried this Clover Basin TCBY since it was close to home, but they did not have butter pecan. If anyone knows a great Italian Ice place int he Boulder/Denve/Fort Collins area, please let me know.
