The best BBQ chicken sandwich ON THE PLANET! I have seriously been eating here for 20 years. You guys rock!

UPDATE: No longer on 8^th and Main, but rather on Ken Pratt and Main in the same building as A Bit of Billards. I had the delivery from the new location and everything regarding the food still applies — in other words, still the best sub in Longmont.
This restaurant, located in a strange little yellow building off Main Street on 8^th, is some sort of Longmont landmark. Apparently they’ve been there for at least twenty years, which is something like three centuries in Main Street years, given all the turnover our poor downtown area has seen and continues to see. They have no dining area, merely a little alcove at the front where you order and receive your food (they also deliver, and are generally prompt about it). The sandwiches themselves come in sizes of 5″, 7″, 9″, 18″, and 30″ (most people will be just fine with a 7″ or 9″) and are thick, greasy things that hardly hold up under their own weight and tend to swamp their Styrofoam containers with their own greasy juices; in other words, awesome (and about as healthy as an injection of pig fat directly into your arteries). I can also personally vouch for their chicken salad and spaghetti. They seem a smudge overpriced and I wish they had a place in which to eat, but otherwise I find little to complain about.
Note: It’s best to order ahead of time, as they generally take about 15 – 20 minutes to make their sandwiches.
