Daiquiri Express

Drive through drinks to go, I wish we had these closer to home. They are all wine based beverages which is why they can sell it like they do… and they all give you brain freeze. But they are sure yummy and their shots were good as well even if they were wine based. Just be prepared to get white girl wasted if you order a bunch for the road (as long as you aren’t the one driving… which I wasn’t for the record)

Every time I come to town I always make sure I come buy through the drive-​thru to get a drink Togo. There are so many choices and even Jell-​O shots. Friendly quick service to boot.
I travel a lot and haven’t seen anything else like it. Maybe Vegas and Key West but you walk up to a window at Fat Tuesday’s or such there.
I will be back.

Driving home from Shreveport, my husband saw the Daiquiri Express sign off the I20w. «EXIT NOW». We thought it would be off the freeway but it was about 6 miles off the beaten path. (had to use GPS) Happy we decided to stop by though. They have a drive thru which is definitely a bonus. The gal who took our order was friendly and helpful with the menu. The inside (from what I could see) looked big. Drive bar atmosphere indeed. I got the Beast– strawberry, orange and peach. Given this is a «Drive Thru» establishment, they know 100% people are cracking their drinks open on the road. That’s the TEXAS way. Lol I follow those customs and was quite pleased with my drink. Sweet and full of cheap alcohol. $ 4.50 for a small was perfect! I will definitely stop by again on my way to Louisiana or my way back to Dallas! (Got to «see» Longview too! Lol A place I’d never thought I’d be driving around and checking out. So that too was a plus! Ha!)

Darn the fact that I have to drive two hrs to experience my drive thru daiquiri! I simply love this place and this concept should be all over the entire DFW metroplex. Two thumbs up

Very cool spot to go when you need something loosen you up. Whether you use the drive thru, or walk through the front door and sit at the bar or a table… You can’t go wrong with anything you order here… this simply is «the spot!» The daiquiris pack a punch!
