After having a borderline traumatic experience at Kool Smiles, we took a deep breath and scheduled an appointment for my 3 year old daughter with Fadal. The first visit was just a check up, but my daughter was treated so very well and we had such a pleasant experience — despite the fact that she was freaking out minutes before we got to their office (again, as a result of a TERRIBLE experience at Kool Smiles). Based on the first visit when we came back to have a filling put in a couple of weeks later, my daughter was not nervous or afraid at all. The Dr was very thorough and calm. The nursing staff have obviously been trained well on how to speak to children and the fact that they seem to actually like kids helps. Our main nurse was Tiffany and she was awesome and made for a very pleasant visit. Today could’ve been a nightmare for my entire family, but instead it was a walk in the park because of the professionalism shown by Fadal Dentistry. I highly recommend them.
