Jucy’s Hamburgers

I had never heard of Jucy’s before so I tried it. The new buffalo chicken sandwich is amazing. Good service, nice people.

Food is good, always get take-​out so I can’t comment on the service.

We come here every time we visit Longview. Usually a great place to eat! This time was different. I ordered a chicken fried sandwich, noticed it came with mayo. I didn’t want the mayo so I asked them to remake it. Instead of remaking it, they slapped some mustard on it & just covered up the mayo. I’m not an idiot & it’s appalling that a restaurant would do that! What if I had been allergic? I won’t be coming back.

Limited seating. So if there is a line out the door and you’re finished eating, don’t be an ass and play games on your iPad or visit with your mistress for an hour while others are standing up eating.

The burger was really good super «juicy» but the prices are kinda ridiculous almost $ 7 for just the burger does not include side or a drink. We would eat here a lot more if the prices were more reasonable.

We have eaten at every hamburger joint in Longview and come back to Jucy’s as the best. If you want an old fashioned hamburger this is the place. Always fresh and great. The fries are real potatoes, not the frozen kind. They have one of those computerized Coke machines that has a gillion different drink choices. And, the large pot of great tasting beans is there for your free enjoyment.

I was very, very surprised to find this gem out in Longview. They proclaimed to be the best burger in East Texas so I had to try.
Athough I haven’t tried many burger joints around, this place actually delivered on their promise when I got their spicy bandito burger and tater tots. That thing actually had a nice subtle kick to it.
My friend got the fried chicken sandwich and the piece of chicken was almost the size of the whole basket holding it AND it was juicy.

Was in Longview for work and saw Jucy’s listed on Unilocal.I always try, but of course they wouldn’t cook my burger medium rare. Usually I’m ok with that because they’ll still go medium, but Jucy’s is apparently insistent on serving overcooked well done burgers. The toppings were good, but the patty was garbage. If I want my meat burnt to a crisp I’ll just go eat some trash at McDonald’s.

It’s a good fast food burger, but can be over cooked and dry if they’re busy. The onion rings are always part of my meal, they have a little too much breading for my personal taste, but still a good onion ring. Nothing on the menu beats their complimentary beans, sometimes I stop by just because I love their beans. Prices are reasonable, service is usually friendly.

Yep– this place rocks! The best BBQ beans in town and they aren’t even a BBQ place– and the beans are complimentary!
They have several burger sizes to choose from and their sides– Oh my goodness their sides are to die for!
Their onion rings are addictive– watch out!

Good burger. So-​so fries. –I like a crispy fry. These were more limp. –First time eating a Juicy. Did the drive thru. Looking forward to going back to try something else.

I love the burgers here! The onion rings are wonderful. Yes, it’s greasy, but it’s a burger joint, not a health food restaurant. The burgers are juicy (hence the name) and the fries are crisp and fresh. If your looking for a good burger, come here. If you want a salad, I don’t know, this is a BURGER JOINT! We will be back and I will bring friends!

Drove to Kilgore to visit family, they suggested Jucy’s for lunch. I’d heard about it and said yes.
Fresh cut french fries, a little soggy, but tasty, probably sitting for a while. Griddle toasted bun, nice. Half-​pound burger, patty nice and crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, some type of special seasoning, very tasty. Now for something that drives me up the wall. Three nice size pickle slices, in one stack. Had to spread them out. Three nice size tomato slices, all in one stack. Had to spread them out. Nice portion of diced onion. .. that had fallen off into the basket. Had to put them back on the burger. Now my fingers smell of onion and pickle.
Overall a good burger, better than most. But when I have to rebuild it I’m not happy. Jucy’s, if you’re reading this, I don’t mind waiting another 10 seconds for my burger to be built properly.

I would have to agree with another reviewer here in that service can be on the «we’re doing you a favor» side. The food is almost always outstanding– guilty pleasure burgers like no other place in town (just make sure you get vegetables in different container for to-​go orders, else the bread will be mega-​soggy). Chicken fried steak is also good. Fries are either love or hate, and I typically order a baked potato or tots.
Again, if management reads these reviews (and they really should), the young ladies who represent your business should remember that… they are the ambassadors of your business.

For 7.99 I expect much more. The burger was thin, dry and overlooked. The cheese was processed and liquid poured on the burger (think velveeta). The bacon was flavorless. The Cajun spice was not spicy, just salty. The BBQ sauce tasted fine, and thankfully made up for the dry burger. I will not be back.

I stopped in the Juicy’s on Eastman Road two days ago. It’s only about ¼ mile from my house. I got a junior burger and fries, waited almost 20 minutes for my to go order and when I got to my car and drove out their drive, the fries were stone cold and rubbery. The burger was okay but not as good as the Juicy’s across town and a Jr. burger and fries were almost $ 10.00! What a waste of $ 10. Never again! I can go to Smashburger for less and get better service and food!
I would hate to be there when they are busy!
High schoolers working the front and are more interested in clowning than working!

Good meaty burger. I had the Bandito with Monterey Jack Cheed. Jalapeños. Very tasty meat. Worth trying.
Free beans were very good as well.
Would come here Again in a heart beat when back in town.

Found myself in Longview for work and as the evening rolled in I got hungry for dinner. Thanks to the Unilocal App, I was able to find a few no chain, sounded decent options. Honestly, after the long drive, a greasy burger sounded good and some of the reviews noted this place as one of their favorites…
In we went. the place is nothing fancy at all. Pick what you want from the menu board (ie, some manually updates the menu with those little plastic letters!), get a buzzer, take a seat, pick up food once buzzers goes off. The menu includes, burgers, chicken, fried sides, a few salads… and of course the FREE beans that everyone seems to be crazy for. They are hanging out in a pot on the counter and you can just help yourself if you’re dining in! I do enjoy baked beans and these were good, but wouldn’t go crazy for them! Although, not sure I ever go crazy for beans?! For my dinner, I stuck with a classic cheeseburger and a side of tator tots. The burger was large… I was only able to eat half! It was good and was just as I was expecting for a burger on a griddle. It was truly made to order; thumbs up for that. The tator tots were fine — although could have used salt or something. Probably should have gotten fries.
I don’t expect to find myself in Longview again, but if I do and have a craving for a burger. this is a decent place to grab a quick and very casual meal.
