What a jackass. Called for a estimate. Would only come to house for a fee. Was extremely rude over the phone. Don’t waste your time.

Spoke to Allen about a spiral staircase addition and he was not only extremely knowledgable, he also spent a good amount of time explaining the different types of staircases, which one best suits my needs/wants and even gave me info about buying online and having it installed by a contractor, which would save us money.
All that and he doesn’t even sell the type of staircase we need. Allen obviously loves his job and is in business for the right reasons; helping the customer/consumer.
If you want/need a staircase, this is the place to call.
