Service guy was very rude bad service!
Do not recommend this place at all!!!
The unit wasn’t even a good condition either and they blame on us that we plug in a wrong outlet
(Delivery guy installed the unit)

So I guess you get what you pay for. I thought I’d save some money and go with another company to fix my fridge. Bad move. I ended up calling Ferguson and explained to them my situation. They were able to get my fridge working and it actually cost me less than what the other company charged me! I’m definitely using them again!

After being quoted an absurd amount of money for a part (over pricing us to make a huge profit…) we sourced the part independently and saved around $ 700. Because they were angry about this they will no longer service our equipment. I think poor business practices. Not to fear, I’ll find another vendor and thanks to the internet I can tell you about this too.
