Excellent cleaning service at very affordable prices. Very sincere and hard working owners. Never a problem with my dry cleaning or laundry.

Off the bat, I’ve been coming here for 5 years. They are very consistent with the clothes I’ve been bringing to them. I’ve had clothes hemmed and cleaned. Professional and courteous, I’ve been very lucky to have them. I drive from cypress which isn’t that far but I have closer ones that I just wasn’t happy with.

I took in 2 items for alterations and 1 skirt to be cleaned … Cost me $ 23, which seems quite steep. The hem came out in my pants the very next day. Took them back to have them ‘re-​hemmed’ … That cost an additional $ 3. Rip off having to pay for a hem that I already paid for within that same week. Won’t be back at all!

I’ve been going to this drycleaner for years now and have to say that the only way I would go anywhere else is if I ever moved over ten miles away. They have great prices, are very efficient, honest and also realllllly good at alterations and fixing shoes! The reason I say «honest»…is because I left a broach on a jacket I was having them dryclean and totally forgot about it. I came back to pick up my clothes and Mrs. Lee had it pinned to a piece of paper so as not to ruin my clothes, but to make sure that I got it back. Who does that? I’m so appreciative of everything they do, from the not so small gestures of giving back sentimental jewelry I left on my clothes, to the great prices, quick turnaround, high quality service, and perfect tailoring and shoe repair! Trust me, go there!

Friendly service-​yes.
Clothes come back clean-​yes.
On-​time delivery-​yes.
Prices decent-​yes.
So why only a two star review you ask?
Well, my shirt buttons have become somewhat of collateral damage at this cleaners.
I thought this happened at all dry cleaners and laundry services but as it turns out, it does not (after speaking with an owner of another dry cleaner).
I’ve expressed my concerns with the owners of this facility but I’m unsure the message was interpreted correctly (another Unilocaler’s review sites a language issue which could be the case).
Dresses, coats, and pants always come back nice.
Designer shirts regularly come back with damaged or completely destroyed buttons that can’t easily be replaced by simply going to Joann’s.
Note: I hate writing a negative review but I don’t want someone else to experience the frustration that I have.

This was our cleaners for more than 5 years and they did a great job. For awhile they even picked up from my office.
In the span of less than a month, they ruined two Tommy Bahama Collector shirts ($ 175.00 each average). They paid for one and then said NO.
Our dry cleaning bill runs around $ 40.00 per week. Some weeks as high as $ 75.00 if one of us have been traveling.
We were sorry to have to leave. They are very nice people. Because of the language issues, we wrote our concerns on a letter. They just put it in the trash.
Unfortunate really.

Always friendly and have always been generous with discounts, they have been able to clean an array of materials for me. A+ from me!
