Not for military uniforms! I gave the son of the owner clear and specific instructions AND I even brought the uniform regulation to sew a E8 cheveron… must have been just running gums for show. His response was yeah he knows what to do. I came back WITH a ruler and it was wayyyy off, not to mention that the chevrons weren’t even the same spacing on each sleeve. Even better they argued with me that that is how they do it all the time. I reminded them that I came in with the instructions and regulations in the first place so it should have not been done incorrectly. They fixed it and I got back in 10 minutes. If you have uniforms that need to be inspection ready; DONOTBRINGTHEMHERE!

This cleaners did an excellent job with my uniform. I needed it ASAP and they were able to patch my rank and dry clean my Bravos. Totally worth the 5 stars

Horrible! For military uniforms you are better off having your 5 year old child sewing on your patches! Went back twice to get it fixed and they literally changed nothing. Asked them to hem a skirt and the literally pinched the fabric without making any cuts and just sewed it. I can’t believe someone could consider themselves a Taylor when they couldn’t even hem a skirt correctly. And the cherry on top is the prices, $ 50 for rank, services stripes and combat stripes that were crooked and they don’t even dry clean them for that price. Don’t waste your money, go to a dry cleaner with the regulation and explain how it needs to be done, it will save you time and money!

Horrible, horrible place. I’ve been coming to magic for over 10 years for my Army uniforms, and it just keeps getting worse. I brought my ASUs here and they ripped a hole in them! Their customer service is bad, namely because they feel like they have a monopoly on military uniforms… But guess what, there’s an outstanding dry cleaner right down the street, less than a mile away who are way cheaper, better customer service, and know how to work military uniform just as good, if not better than magic cleaners. If you need military services, go to ‘best cleaners.’ they are great: 11139 Los Alamitos Blvd, Los Alamitos, CA90720. Right across from flame broiler; right next to fortune cookie. They even have a drive thru window!

For sewing name tapes and rank, decent. For alterations and dry cleaning — horrible. They hemmed one leg longer than the other for my dress uniform pants and there were a half dozen starch stains on my pants. It’s one thing if they apologized and fixed it, but they tried to say it wasn’t messed up and that the stains were there prior. I bought the pants(brand new) from the store and took them straight to this place. There were no stains. They reluctantly took it back. The stains are now gone but the hemming is too long. Disappointed…

Have taken 2 uniforms to have patches sewn on. Fast and done right. Pretty inexpensive. Employees are friendly and polite. Will use them again in the future. Perfect for uniforms since they are right off the base.

Pricey, but you get what you pay for. Still a lot cheaper than paying for my regular tailor do a complete hack job on my ASU and having to pay to get it all redone. This is the only tailer I know of in the vicinity of LA that has accessible hours and knows how to do uniforms. $ 1.00 charge if you use credit card, btw.

I’d give 0 stars if that was an option. This place is horrible. I paid 51 $ for them sew on my rank, service ribbons and overseas ribbon all cricked! They didn’t even dry clean my jacket yet they claimed they did. I don’t understand how this place could service soldiers uniforms sooooo poorly and have absolute no remorse! NEVERAGAIN. we need to start warning our fellow soldiers to stay out of this place!!!

Zero fucking stars. My fiancé picked up his dress uniform for our wedding and the guy screwed up and his rank patches are crooked and half centered. Our wedding is TOMORROW. He called and it’s only noon and the dude on the phone said the guy was gone for the day. Believe me, this isn’t the only place I will be complaining to, you guys need to figure your shit out. I am so upset and now we have to try and get his uniform fixed within a 24 hour timeframe. DONOTCOMEHERE.

Showed up to this place to get some Military uniforms tailored. Dropped them off. Picked up a week later to realize that this place is horrible… The tailor is very poorly skilled at sewing, he has an unsteady hand, sewed crooked threading on my chevrons, double stitched in some spots and he refused to fix… «We can’t work with perfectionist.» It is a Military uniform were talking about here… perfection is paramount. They also pressed my shirts and made the collar crooked and uneven creases. DONOTGOTOTHISPLACEFORMILITARYUNIFORMS!!!
