As a professional in the transportation business (LeGrande Affaire,) working with the Nappo’s, was a real pleasure. Jimmy was very attentive to returning and giving communication when asked and needed. He made sure the clearance with brush and limbs from the surrounding tree lines were adequate for the vehicle’s clearance (which is great not to worry about!)
Being able to provide a service, a convenience factor to their potential clients and prospects was a cut above traditional thinking (out of the box.) I would be honored to work with them again.

Jim and Jimmy saw me through over a year of hunting for the «perfect» house for me, which wasn’t anything specific but one of those «I’ll know it when I see it» deals. They know the Los Altos/​Palo Alto/​Mountain View market better than anyone, and have connections with realtors all over to get as much backstory as possible about listings. They are often called in by other agents to help price homes before they go to market. Jim and Jimmy have an outstanding reputation among the industry (realtors, title companies, mortgage brokers) and an offer made by their clients is taken seriously. They are completely above board, not like some questionable agents we encountered along the way. We made several offers in competitive bidding situations for houses that could have fit the bill but didn’t feel quite special enough for me – I was fully informed that my bid in those situations had a good chance of not being the highest but they went ahead with me anyway at the amount I felt the property was worth to me. In the end, I did find my very special house and I did win the bidding war with the help of Jim and Jimmy. Important to my success was a technique they use on occasion that creatively structures the offer amount. Throughout my looooooong hunt, they kept their sense of humor and motivation, and were very responsive to last minute decisions to write offers or get information on weekends. We are still in touch and I consider them friends. They have referred me to several tradespeople to do work on my home. I would definitely retain them for any future transactions.
