Love everything about this location! The staff are always friendly and helpful. They have a great selection and keep things well stocked. My daughter especially loves the samples and we often buy what they are serving!

Best store all around and best customer service and product quality among any other Trader Joe’s I’ve visited. Love this store.

Employees are rude they act miserable. The cashiers would prefer if you did not talk to them.

Enjoy going to Trader Joe’s in Los Altos on Homestead Rd. The food is well organized which makes for fast in and outs. I love the assortment of treats for giving at Christmas and Holidays. They have a tasting corner where you can get some new ideas. I also like there plant selections which are great for giving as gifts. The parking is a little tight, but good excuse to get more exercise.

Prices are a bit high compared to other chain grocery stores but the quality is hard to beat. Too many things to list about this place. I’ll just post a pic of what I made out of some of their products.

Great Place. We’ve been coming here for a very long time. My girls love the place especially when they had the coloring section for kids. too bad they took them off. This is the only TJ that has coloring section for kids. Any ways we still live coming here and workers are very helpful and nice.

Andy Warhol opined that everyone drinks the same Coca-Cola, no matter if you were rich or poor, the President, or a pleb, and you always know your Coke will be no better or worse than anyone else’s. Well, the same idea applies to kale chips and Two Buck Chuck. This location attracts bristling and snobby clientele. Yet under TJ’s roof, no one cares about whatever«success» seemingly entitled you to be an arse. Let’s get real for a moment: you’re shopping at Trader Joe’s. So, bring it down a few notches and come back to reality. A snobby attitude, you might say, could be totally innocuous. But no. It’s either the octogenarian nearly backing into you in the parking lot, the overzealous Tesla driver who wants to play the part of Speed Racer to steal your parking spot, or the detached shoppers inside nearly throwing you into the freezer case with their cart –that may leave you anxiety riddled before you check out with your groceries. That said, the staff here in my opinion are generally really nice and helpful. The selection matches what most other TJ’s have. There’s plenty of room for browsing and navigating. If only no one else shopped here :)

This is by far my favorite TJ’s– I’ve been shopping at Traders for nearly 30 years and thus location is by far the best. They are efficient, extremely friendly(not in a fake way, if I’ve ever had a problem with a product(very rare) they return/refund no problem. The atmosphere is energetic and fun. I just can’t say enough good things!!! EXCLELENTJOB

Don’t get me wrong., Trader Joes has a lot of fabulous products at great prices. Bone in french cut pork chops are my favorite cut of meat, tender, juicy, tons of flavor. I would rate more stars had it not been for the parking lot. The parking lot is wayyy too small to accomodate all the tenants and all the snobby pretentious people who want to park as close as possible to the store makes for a daily disaster. Sometimes I opt to just park in the surrounding neighborhood and walk over, saves me a headache. Go to the produce market next door for better selection of fresh fruits and veggies at lower prices.

Not a great TJ’s. Long lines, snooty clientele, sort of indifferent staff. Give me the lower rent TJ’s any day. ;-)

Trader Joes had a great selection of natural foods at a great price. They have a huge selection of fruits, veggies and trail mix. They also gave a good selection of beer and wine. Some of the produce is local and varies from location to location. And if junk food is your thing they have many delicious candies and cookies. My favorite is the protein, banana and chocolate muffins.

I keep several TJs on my radar as I do my work around the Bay Area. This one is really conveniently located for me, but it’s not my favorite. Pros: it’s Trader Joe’s! The people who work here do their best to accommodate a demanding clientele. Cons: the parking lot can be a nightmare, and my fellow shoppers here can be quite rude. I think it’s the neighborhood. ;-) The store is one of the tinier locations, so the aisles can be tricky to navigate.

Mixed review so star level is kinda arbitrary. I like the size of this store, they have enough variety without being large, similar to the Santa Cruz TJ’s. The parking lot is a zoo. Store is clean. Although I agree the unpackers are rather brusque and self-important. The wine guy, Mark is really friendly and helpful. Most of the checkers are nice. The customers here are often strange and unhappy, which can make a strange trip. But that is what it is. Why I decided to write a review is because while I have enjoyed trader joes for over a decade, I’m really I am disappointed with their choice to put cheap GMO canola oil in everything from prepackaged salads, cereals, o frozen crème brûlée cups. Canola oil is poison and is terrible for your heart. It is Rapeseed oil, so named because it was made only as a machine oil and not to be used for human consumption EVER. They renamed in some years ago and in the past 2 years it has found it’s way into many many alleged healthy food options. It is terrible for you. I hope Trader Joes will reconsider poisoning it’s customers health with it.

I love TJs, they are my favorite place to go for grocery shopping. I specially like their demo/tasting area since as a mom I am always at a loss what to prepare for dinner if I have not planned ahead. They always have great ideas and I implement them with my own twist. They have a great variety of food, and organic food, I do some of my produce from them since there is another great product market next door, I split between the two. Their prices are very reasonable and I like their return policy when you try a new item by Trader Joe’s and don’t like it, you can return it, no questions asked!!! The employees are friendly and helpful, and honestly I have not come across rude ones like explained in some other reviews. They go out of their way to help. I am a fan. The only reason I took a star away is the crazy parking lot they have, there has to be a solution to this major problem.

Trader Joe’s is fantastic. It is basically whole foods, without the insane prices. Trader Joe’s is a good store if you are shopping for a two person household like I do. This particular location is in a hell-hole shopping center where parking is not fun at all. TJ’s has fresh fruits and veggies, frozen foods, a great wine selection and more. Customer service is always great. The people clearly love their job!

For the longest time, this was the only Trader Joe’s near me. That and thee kooky Carvel. Id hit it often after hiking in Rancho San Antonio for their beverages. Of course people seem to have ways of lives surrounded by their frozen attempts at ethnic foods. Not generally my cup of tea but I can amuse myself with Trade Chang, Phuket, Vladimir and whatever made up names they use.

Bottom line at the top: employees are quite rude, and the other staff members(in a different uniform but still designated as TJ’s) who unpack the boxes and restock are even worse. Do yourself a favor and go to the one on Bollinger. – Avoid this location! The employees here are SO unhelpful, and when you are checking out, no matter what time of day, they all have such an attitude and seem so miserable. What is up with that? This is a store with a cheeky sense of humor that offers yummy snacks, not in a prison?! :/ The staff members who unpack the boxes/restock are even worse. Several of them kept bumping into me from behind and didn’t even bother to say excuse me beforehand or apologize afterwards. I know they are working really hard and lifting heavy stuff but I’m not quite sure how that warrants bumping into customers? The parking lot is way too small and there are collisions all too often. AVOID!

For starters, there are some fine ladies who work at this store. For reals. But let’s be serious, this store really delivers. *great selection *friendly and helpful employees *reasonably priced *excellent location I would subtract one star since they close at 9 which is still too early for me, but then again I’m adding an extra star because of… yeah anyway. 5 stars

I stop by here often on my way to and from work. There is plenty of parking in the plaza, but it is usually really busy so it may be frustrating to try to find parking. Otherwise it’s your typical Trader Joe’s and I haven’t had a bad experience here, yet! It’s so fun to go shopping at Trader Joe’s because you never know when you might come upon a new product that is awesome.
