Awesome work! I went to this place for adjustments and the guys only charged $ 7; although the task was quite difficult for it wasn’t easy to take out the pins. He was funny and was friendly, especially experienced. I would recommend this place to everyone. Ml 7)

I wasn’t expecting much from this shop. I just needed my battery changed on my watch. However, I was pleasantly surprised at how nice and welcoming Bryan was! He replaced my battery right away and then charged me $ 7! It was a great experience and we will be going back!

I had no intentions on reviewing this place but I was not happy. so I rushed to get to there before they closed to see about some new jewelry, worst customer service I have ever experienced may as well have just talked to the watch I was interested in. this guy was just flat out rude & way over priced for stuff I’ve seen on aliexpress. its always empty in this place so I guess i know why now. thanks for nothing dude & good luck

Store owner is very nice, quick and efficient. He is very nice and fluent in Spanish too. He took his time replacing a very tiny crystal on my ring and did an excellent job and very affordable.

I just found the place to go to if I need to solve problems with my watch. I found the owner very approachable, he can listen and explain carefully whenever I have questions. It is not expensive to fix a watch there. P. S. I was impressed to see an Asian shop owner being engaged in a conversation in Spanish. I made me more excited about my endeavor to learn this language=)

This place is amazing. I first came in with a bunch of watched that needed new batteries and got them all fixed up, no problems and a great price. Then I mentioned that one of my watch bands had started coming apart and asked if it could be replaced. Within a week the owner had texted me with half a dozen samples for me to look at and choose from. When I came back, the final band he chose was almost identical to my original. Great quality leather, great look and really good price. Due to my watch having a strange mount, it was a little tricky replacing the band, but he quickly worked around all the problems and I ended up with an awesome new watch band. I will definitely be back with any future repair needs.

What time is it! I was recently looking to purchase a Citizen Eco-Drive watch(model: BV-1085−22H) that I saw online. My initial thought was to buy it through eBay or Amazon, as their prices are pretty low, but I still wanted to make sure that the manufacturer’s warranty would be honored and that there would be no issues with repair if mechanical issues arose with the timepiece and I had to send it in. In the end, I decided to buy locally. I first visited Citizen’s website and used their dealer locator to make a list of all the Citizen dealers in my zip code. I went to a few larger watch/jewelry stores in my immediate area but their prices in comparison to online retailers were astronomical. That said, I wanted a competitive price but wasn’t looking to lowball a retailer. I decided to take my search to downtown, where the retail space of most retailers is usually on the small side. I think this has a direct effect on prices, since their overhead is smaller. This is one of the main reasons you buy a diamond in the jewelry district of downtown and not a store in the mall. But I digress… I visited a few different places and got great prices. The last spot I checked out was 21st Century Jewelry and Watch. The proprietor was Brian. One of the issues that I had regarding the specific watch I wanted was that most places didn’t have it in stock or anything similar so I couldn’t see and feel the watch before purchasing it. I think this matters when buying something you’re arguably going to be wearing daily. Thankfully, while 21st did not have the exact watch I wanted they did have something comparable and in the same«military» line. It fit well, it felt good and the price was incredibly competitive. Since the watch had to be ordered, I left a deposit. The process of ordering the watch, the communication after the order was placed and the actual transaction were all facilitated by the aforementioned Brian. He was not only friendly and attentive but he was also easy going. In short, he was the perfect proprietor. He explained to me how long special orders usually take and what the chances were that it could take longer. While he usually would want special orders paid in full, he was accommodating in allowing me to just leave a partial deposit. Super affable dude. Located close to the corner of Broadway and 8th in downtown, parking can be an issue but if you drive around long enough, I’m sure a spot will open up. Another option is taking the train and getting off at the 7th street and Metro exit. At that point it’s only a few blocks of a walk. In addition to be a Citizen dealer, 21st also has a good selection of earrings, bracelets, rings and other standard jewelry. As mentioned, his prices are more than competitive and his friendly and helping attitude solidifies 21st Century Jewelry and Watch as a solid option if you’re in the market.

Great prices on Citizen Watches! He’s an authorized retailer and I haven’t had any problems. I found a great watch for my wife and negotiated a price 30% lower than Amazon or Macy’s!
