Horsemanship has so many rewarding dimensions, more than sitting on a horse. There are times to focus on athletic skills, to get your body to do it. At other times you focus on what you want the horse to do, and getting the horse to do what you want. Then there are horse care skills too.
I returned to Diane when I needed instruction that would help my mind not just my sports skills. Many trainers can’t help a discouraged student, but 3d can. You won’t be coddled. You learn to step up to the bar, and get the job done.
Lessons here offer more than just riding. Each time I’m there I learn not only how to ride better, but also the reasons why. Horsemanship is important.

3D Farms is a full service training and riding barn located at Hansen Dam Equestrian Center. They specialize in 3 day eventing, dressage and show jumping, however they offer lessons in western and vaulting as well. Head trainer and instructor Diane Slater is BHS certified and will help you start right and safely, or take your riding to the next level.
