7-Eleven

It is a cleaner 7 – 11. Of course for some reason panhandlers are always around a 7 – 11. Even if you go to the 7 – 11 location next to the grove there are still people panhandlers. At least at this location they hold the door open for you.
This 7 – 11 is alright nothing great, its a quick store for what it is. A little more expensive than say buying your snacks at the grocery store or drug store. I come here for a slurpee. Their absolute trademark. Although I tend to have bad luck when i crave one, the flavor I would like is usually not ready. Other than that its a typical 7 – 11, if you’ve been to one you’ve been to them all. Also this 7 – 11 does not have a redbox. I wish it did.

It’s a clean store, I have hardly ever seen any broken slurpee machines or soda machines on my stops here at this store to grab an item or two.
Store clerks have always been friendly to me and have never really made a fuss when asking for items around the store or to check if they have more items in the back for anything that was out of stock.
Parking lot is crowded at times because of restaurant next door, but most of the time parking is always available.

Great location, ride down the street from where I live and also very convenient for when I want a late night snack.

i do shop here very often, and most of employees are pretty good. but they just got this new person with glasses who is very rude, and have bad attitude!
i will ask for owner or manager within few days.

This 7 – 11 is no different from any other 7 – 11.

This store has a good layout and the people seem friendly enough. I mean, I don’t go to a lot of 7 Elevens, so I don’t know really how to rate them since they are pretty much all the same.
I will say that this location has one of those all in one ATMs that take Citibank deposits. So convenient when you don’t want to go to a branch and find parking (side-​eyeing you Wilshire location).
Parking is a bit weird when Castle BBQ is busy, but other than that, no problems.

5÷13÷11 incident:
this is only one star because the cashier man’s attitude was horrible. i was coming back from work today at 4 or 5 in the morning & i was buying a pack of sweet & hot jack links beef jerky & two $.99 coke…
–i told him i have a problem with my debit card & that i want to pay up front with cash for 78 cents because the total came out to $ 8.77
–i told him what’s the problem i’m buying things from you & all you have to do is put $ 8.00 on card & the rest in coins.
he kept on complaining that he couldn’t do it & that his system doesn’t work.
–i was not yelling at him at all but he was yelling at me & being hysterical & he made a fool out of me by yelling at me & walked away from the cash register & yelled at me that he wouldn’t do it.
then a nice customer right next to me gave me 77 cent to help me out for the trouble
–he embarrassed me & made a fool out of me & this is the last time i’m going inside there. he made me feel uncomfortable at all times & i was not even yelling at him. i was just telling him, to do it because he had done it last time for me, but i didn’t know it was such a big deal.
–i wanted to cry & go home. he made me feel like crap & i’m never going there ever again.
–the funny thing is i’m always there buying things for him at his store but he embarrassed me in front of a line full of strangers & in front of my face he was paying for other customers…
never again would i feel like shitt… i’m only 20 & yelling at me like i’m a stupid little kid…

i had a photo shoot scheduled in LA today. no specific location was set… just somewhere near western and beverly. good thing i have my trusted vz navi to lead me there. i left super early to avoid LA traffic and i ended up getting there too damn early.
so i went on a hunt for a good cup of joe. my vz navi directed me to two different coffee shops in the area. one wasn’t even open for business yet. boooooo. and one was no where to be found. bigger boooooo! i get really annoyed when i have to drive around aimlessly. all i wanted was some coffee, damn it! after 25 min or so of looking for a coffee joint, i spotted the 7 – 11.
small cup of coffee… even flavored coffee. i had the french vanilla. for $ 1.29. can’t go wrong with that. then since i was at 7 – 11, i had to get a bag of flamin hot lays… soooo bad, but soooo good!
thank heaven for 7-​eleven!
