I wish there was a 0 star option. Like another reviewer I paid for next day delivery but did not get next day parts. I ordered on Tuesday at 9am and they did not process the order until Wednesday for Thursday delivery. I got two of the five part on Thursday and the other three on Friday. When I inquired of customer service I was lied to and left with the feeling that they did not care. They were good at saying«sorry» but bad at appreciating the unfairness in their poor customer service. If you need the parts on a time don’t order from here.

Love their website. Knowledgeable and friendly experts to answer questions and point you in the right direction. Even sent me a schematic when I wanted to fix my dryer myself. I ordered the parts and got them quickly. Saved me a bundle. I’ve used them a couple times. The latest one being Dec 30 when I order a door gasket for my freezer. Paid for 2-day shipping thinking I would get it Saturday or Monday because of New Year’s Day closure. I actually got it on Dec 31! Whenever anyone wants to fix an appliance I always refer them to .

I ordered parts for a kitchenaid mixer but it didn’t line up to the original I was replacing — so I called. The customer service person(Emilee) was very professional and polite — and seemed to really care to help figure out what happened. She and I figured out that when the(correct) model number was entered, their website auto-updated it to a different model — and the part that looked correct was in fact not correct for my model. Unfortunately, my model number is not supported — and I had to go somewhere else for the part I needed… but. I was very impressed with Emilee — troubleshooting what happened — and to make it easier for me, gave me a refund and told me to just throw away the incorrect part(no need to ship it back). I don’t have the part I needed today — but was so impressed with Emilee that I will definitely give them another try in the future.

Ridiculous. I ordered parts for my dryer, and paid for two-day shipping. I was on chat with their representative, to assured me that I would receive my product by Friday. WRONG! I tracked the shipment, and Fedex said earliest Monday. I called them and explained that I needed the parts on Friday, hence paying extra for two-day shipping. At that time I spoke with Crystal, who indicated that they would reship, and assured me that I would receive my parts by Friday. They would ship fedex 1-day. I tracked the second package. WRONG! The idiots in the shipping department shipped ground, and so THAT package won’t get to me until Tuesday. Beware of this company. If I could give them no stars, I would. This was a trial.
