Well I see from the other reviews that they have NO happy customers! I would give them no stars if I could. How do folks like this even stay in business? I am a designer working on a restaurant remodel in Northern California. I spent quite a bit of time on the phone with Chris outlining the signage requirements for both the city and the California Title 24 code requirements. Based on his recommendation exterior signage lighting was ordered. When it arrived it was NOT Title 23 compliant. I called to get an RMA to return the product and hopefully get the right fixtures, only to be avoided(both phone calls and emails.) I finally spoke with Barbara who was very nice, took the information and then I NEVER hear from anyone again. 2 months later after emailing and calling to no avail, I finally shipped it back without an RMA, paying extra for a signature on the box since clearly I couldn’t trust them to be honorable business people. Then, almost 2 months later they finally sent a refund check MINUS a 35% restocking fee!!! Who does this? And they called this CUSTOMERCARE? Who are they kidding? NEVER do business with these people. I am making a report to the BBB next.

This company is expensive and has a TERRIBLERETURNPOLICY! IF you do not touch or use ONLY the lighting fixtures, they will allow you to return them, within 30 days, at your expense, in the original packaging, for a 35% RESTOCKINGFEE! If you exchange, it is the same drill, with a 10% restocking fee! If anything so much as has a scratch on it and doesn’t look PERFECTLYNEW, they won’t take it back. And, they will NEVER take back bulbs, despite some of them being VERY expensive! I bought 3 expensive outdoor lighting fixtures from this company. I spend a great deal of time on the phone with them in advance, explaining the application and inquiring about options, light bulbs varieties, beam angles and ranges, gimballing, etc. They were very helpful on that end, I’ll admit. When it came around to bulbs, I was flabbergasted that the bulbs were $ 30 each in a $ 40 fixture! I protested and asked if there were options and if I bought them elsewhere, why were they so much less expensive, etc. In the end, I was unsure about IF I got light bulbs elsewhere, would they work in these fixtures, and they did nothing to help on that front, so I [stupidly] bought their bulbs. Then, all kinds of contracts come that I needed to sign about purchasing THREELIGHTS! I should have been alerted, but my contractor needed the lights in a hurry and I went for it. In the end, I am stuck with all $ 250 worth, with no use for them and no way to return them! I will never do business with these people again.

I ordered a $ 50 box of led light bulbs. They were to be opalescent, dimmable, soft-pink and contain three light emitting diodes per bulb. What I received was hot pink, non dimmable, bulbs with only one light emmiting diode per bulb from a totally different company(Adrian Medina/Dekra-Lite). When I called to make inquiry with aqlighting, «Chris» answered the phone. I explained that I didn’t receive what I ordered. He began to patronize me, spoke-through, and shouted over me. «You ordered…» «…what you received!» I went-on to explain that I saved the order page to PDF and was looking at it as we were speaking. He corrected me repeatidely about what I ordered. I don’t appreciate such rude, and reprehensible behavior. Although they didn’t provide me a receipt or a packing list(I wonder why that was?), I can prove what I ordered and I will never do business with their company again.
