How does this place not have five starts!?? Food is great and a lot of celebrities hang out here so it’s good for tourists who want to mingle with the stars! Just last week I saw Richard L. Anderson(supervising sound editor for Shrek the Third) returned a mostly eaten chicken sandwich because he forgot he doesn’t eat meat! And I read on one of those celebrity gossip sites that Liza Norcia(sound engineer on the purge films) once stopped in to ask for directions!

Why am I writing a review of Arby’s? I’m sure I’ll figure it out in therapy today… I am a busy person and go through phases. Some weeks I want all of my meat to come from a farm where the animal is cared for and fed nothing but organic feed. Then reality sets in and I decide it takes too much time to cook my meals and wash dishes(side note: I was so sick of looking at my dishes in the sink, I tossed them, again perhaps something I will talk about in therapy…) AND have a life and a career. I can get into fancy places and food once in awhile, but generally like to keep things simple, i.e., nothing that involves a server and tipping. I don’t usually eat fast food, but this place was in the right place at the right time today. First, plenty of parking on both sides of the building. There is a drive through that I have never quite figured out how to use. Second, the place is small, so it almost feels like you are ordering from your car when you walk in. Third, place was very clean and the staff was friendly. The manager was even going through the dining area and spacing the tables and instructing his employee how to tidy up the space, etc. Reminded me of something out of Downton Abby. Fourth, the food took a little longer than expected, but since I was eating in, they brought it out to me on this cool, round tray. Everything looked perfect. And everything was HOT. Granted, this is Arby’s and the meat reminds me of the lunch meat my mom used for our sandwiches in Kindergarten, so take the place for what it is. I had the French dip, which looked and tasted exactly like the picture made it seem. Came with a pretty decent tasting au jus on the side as well. Fries were hot and crispy. They aren’t like in-n-out’s, cut fresh, but they were still pretty solid. And truth be told, I don’t get the fries at in-n-out. Sure they are made fresh from a real potato, but they always taste like hot, wet paper to me with some salt sprinkled in. Anyway, if you are sick of the usual suspects for fast food, Arby’s on Sunset is sure to please. I would give five stars, but it’s still fast food, so four is max on my scale :)

Awesome overtime, fresh as fresh can be and not a boring hamburger again. They also have a few new items that look great.

My first time trying Arby’s the food was OK coming in, but on the way out it was horrible I spent two hours at the bathroom twice. Definitely not going back to Arby’s.

Arby’s a five star rating? Yea, I was that surprised. I needed a quick lunch in the Hollywood area and hadn’t been to this Arby’s in a while, so instead of doing the drive through went inside. When I ordered the guy on the register actually was interested that I was a customer — real conversation rather than robotic/fried response. The other huge thing, and this is what shocked me, is that after I paid they said to just grab a table — they’d deliver the tray to me. It wasn’t a special order, it’s just how they did things at that location. So, they walked the food over, it was pretty tasty, and I gotta say, the customer service rocked. Plus, it’s an old school location, with the big hat sign and curved roof, so totally retro on the outside. that kind of vibe. Free refills, so I think I probably had way too much iced tea.

Wow. To much shock and surprise Arby’s has improved the quality of their food to the point where I am considering returning in the future. It’s been years since my last visit and in the meantime the interior has been remodeled and the food seems to have been upgraded too. I tried a … smokehouse brisket? And it was food! I expected some limp steamed meat with a smokey sauce drenched over it and I am fairly certain that what I ate was not that low expectation. Well done Arby’s, you have exceeded expectations. Sliders aren’t great. Chicken, roast beef. An amusing amount of bread. A better bread than expected. But a lot of bread. And small amounts of meat. And there was cheese on it. Lots of cheese. I recommend going with the curly fries over the potato cakes.

This is obvious an old Arby’s on Sunset. I am a super Arby’s fan and will always be and it still tastes the same, however, this location needs a deep cleaning inside and outside or at least a facelift. If you clean it up or maybe remodel a bit, I bet you’ll get more customers. Start with the restroom 1st and then work your way all around the place. I guarantee you’ll get more customers.

There are many restaurants and fast food places that offer, or claim that they offer home-made style burgers. I think that Arby’s is one of the only places in the area that really stand behind the promises, and actually offer high quality and delicious burgers. I have been eating here for years, and unlike other places, I have never got disappointed. Maybe my preferred location for burgers.

Came here on a Friday afternoon and wow! I’ve been craving a BIGDELICIOUSBACONLIKELOADEDTURKEYSANDWICH and that’s what I got! It was the most delicious sandwich I think I’ve ever bad in my entire life. OHLAWDDDDD and then there was the curly fries. Almost as if God himself had made them… They were the best curly fries I’ve EVER had. And you best believe I’m a picky eater. Better than jack in the box curly fries for sure… OHGAWD I NEEDTOGO back to this location Super clean, super friendly staff 5 stars

Arby’s has improved their food and customer experience dramatically as of late. Their menu is unique and sets them apart from other fast food places and even many restaurant menus. The prices are fair too. The Hollywood location is clean, the new food trays are cool and unique and overall, I enjoy the place. As good as it gets for fast food for sure.

Enjoyed me some Arby’s here recently. I don’t usually weigh in on Unilocal about fast food chain restaurants, but the cleanliness and attentiveness of service were so exemplary here that I figure the Good should be at least acknowledged as much as the Bad(seems to always be) in this world. And I suppose it goes without saying how tasty an Arby’s can be when your body craves just such a sandwich – and I think we all know the power of the Horsey Sauce and the Arby-que Sauce in equal measure. I remember in earlier Arby’s days(before the days of sauce packets), I used to steal the squeeze tubes of Horsey and Arby-que Sauces that were dutifully stationed at each table by sticking them down my trousers – an act that would most assuredly cause Gary’s spiritual engine to seize on the spot.(Believe me… you haven’t really lived until you’ve received a tongue lashing from him when he’s all wound up.) Happily, I graduated college since then and no longer need to accentuate my Top Ramen college dinners with such condiments. But I digress. Point is, this joint is great. Do yourselves a flavor and come on down. This particular Arby’s has the cleanliness and service, and yes – they have the meats too.

GOOISGOODFORYOU, BUILDSYOURIMMUNITYTOTHECITY! Arby’s. Sigh. Roasty. Beefy. Cheesy. Occasionally bacony. Ahh. Sometimes, like after a colonoscopy, when you’re all cleaned out, there’s just nothing like a good Beef’n’cheddar, with the onion roll, the sweet«ranch sauce» and gooey processed cheese product(which creates a soothing and protective colon coating) and of course, the salty beef. If you’re feeling particularly strong, you can even add bacon! OK, I’m getting too excited. I apologize. But here’s the thing – people make fun of me for saying that Arby’s is the best fast food(well, second best if you count the relatively slow-fast-food of In-n-out, and first if you are only counting national chains). And yet – the food is actually good food. If you don’t want the beef, then there’s a fantastic chicken salad with grapes that even my 85 year old Aunt had to admit was as good as the expensive chicken salad with grapes she had at a local higher-end brunch restaurant. There are salads. Deli sandwiches. And the menu keeps growing in what they call«Meatcraft» — so there’s brisket and corned beef and ham, and turkey. Really great deli-style sandwiches for far less than what Togo’s(also good) charges. There is really something for just about everyone, even vegetarians with their wide selection of potato products. OK, if you’re Mr. or Ms. Organic all the time then perhaps you won’t want to eat here. But once in a while a little non-organic CHEESEGOOISGOODFORYOU! It is, it builds up your immunity to the man-made environment. HOLLYWOODSTORE: First, it’s the old-fashioned building, and classic sign. The interior’s been remodeled to a hip, modern style. But what sets this place apart is that it’s so well run. Fantastic manager keeps things moving, consistently cheerful staff takes care of you, bringing food to your table. And, ample free parking. If you’re in Hollywood and your stomach is rumbling until midnight(or 1am on Friday and Saturday night), this is a great place to eat.

If you see Jennifer at the window probably find somewhere else to eat. We told her the order, we get to the window she only had half. We tell it again and rings it in tells us it will be 10 minutes and to pull to the side. We repeat the order and she still has it wrong. And I’m sorry but when does fast food take 10 minutes

Man! If you want to have your food fresh and you have a craving for some good food come to this Arby’s. First off it’s been a long time since I have seen a manager come out to the dinning room and ask if you’re food is good and is everything fine! This manager at Arby’s knows what he’s doing. He treats his staff with respect and that’s rare for a fast food joint. My hats off to you sir! I even told him that his service was great and you don’t really get that in allot of places. Place is clean and you can tell he has pride in his Arby’s. I will continue my business at this establishment!

OK… I like my Arby’s. I admit it… sometimes I have a craving for this stacked meat goodness. And frankly, nothing really compares when you get this craving. Thankfully for my waistline, it doesn’t come TOO often. I love the«classic» sandwich with a couple of potato cakes. YUM! This location in the heart of Hollywood attracts some real characters… but it is clean, and the employees very friendly. Indulge people!!! Spoil yourself…

I feel no shame in saying this… I love the Arby’s! And I’m so glad there is one in LA. Even better, it’s right off the 101 exit for Sunset Blvd., so if I’m on the way home from a meeting I can just pull right in and indulge in a tasty treat. Their drive thru is quick and easy in and out. My only complaint about this location is that they don’t serve breakfast… so many of my LA friends have never had Arby’s breakfast which I think is really the best fast food breakfast there is. Still, there’s nothing better when I’ve had a bad day then a sandwich on an onion roll with some beef smothered in cheddar sauce. And this location even has the classic Arby’s logo sign going on. All good.

Came here because I’m a big fan of Arby since im from the east coast… Walked in and was pleasantly greeted by the Manager — Gary. Ordered the classic roast beef combo which came out to $ 6 dollars and some change, which is not bad. Customer service here was excellent, food was brought out on time, and fresh hot curly fries came out. Gary checked on me to see how everything was, and it met all my expectations. Friendly service, and fast service. Building is a bit old but what can u do. OVERALL: A very friendly service Arbys, and quick service. If your in Hollywood, and need some quick food that is good, come here!

In a nutshell: Not only will you wait in a long drive thru line for your guilty pleasure, but you’ll also have to park off to the side and wait some more… I mean… let’s be real. It’s bad enough my friend and I were going to Arby’s. It’s bad enough we high-fived each other in the car when the thought crossed our minds and found out it was open. Don’t let us wait outside your restaurant parked like a couple of loiterers. Lucky for us we ordered before 5 – 6 more cars showed up. After we ordered they asked us to park to the side… that’s weird. The car behind us then pulled up right next to us after we ordered. The third car pulled forward as well, and there were about 3 other cars just kicking it in this line for the drive-thru. Was there a malfunction in the kitchen? Were they slaying the cows? Were they waiting for the frozen meat to thaw? So there we were, sitting in my car feeling nothing but guilt for our delicious Arby’s roast beef sandwiches for God knows how long. We went through almost an entire Finch album when the food finally came out. One of the employees came and knocked on my window and handed me the goods. Everything was accounted for. They get 2 stars because the sandwiches were bomb as they always are. Add some Horsey sauce to the mix and we’re in heaven. The wait time alone earns 1 star, but at least they were nice about it… ok 1.5 stars. This experience is not going to keep me away from you. I know you tried to make me healthier and to forget about you… not gonna happen. See you in about 6 months, Arby’s.

Gross And Grace who is less than graceful when running the drive thru, she needs an attitude adjustment! shes so rude, if I hadn’t paid already I would have told her to shove the sh-tty sandwich where the sun don’t shine… What happened to employees atleast pretending to be friendly to customers? The onions rings… all 5 of them, were overcooked… They use to have onion petals, I guess I was hoping these had the same batter, they don’t Sandwich…tasted old… I ended up giving it to the Chihuahuas… My Bad… guess I should have dealt with the line at In & Out.
