Sima is the sweetest! She makes you feel calm and relaxed throughout the treatment which is great. I was nervous going in to this because of the potential pain, but thanks to her new machine I can confirm that treating the bikini area was pretty painless (or if you’re sensitive, it’s a much more manageable pain than older models of the laser machine). Thanks Sima :)

I had Brazilian laser hair removal before from a different place but it didn’t work very well so I bought a groupon for Sima at Aviva. She is so nice and professional! I was worried about it being painful because my last experience was but with her I don’t use any numbing cream or take pain relievers and it’s been almost completely painless. She is very flexible with her scheduling. A couple times I had something come up last minute and she had no problem rescheduling me. I’ve only had 3 treatments and more hair is gone than from the 6 treatments at the last place. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

I am so fortunate that I came across Sima before leaving LA. She was very knowledgeable, professional, and caring when performing laser treatment on me. She made me feel super comfortable. I loved the fact that she took her time to work on me, so I decided to book a facial appointment with her which is in a month, so stay tuned :-)

Sima is the most wonderful aesthetician I have ever met. I have been a loyal customer for a few months now and I have experienced the best facials I have ever had in life, and I have had many before. She is very knowleadable and thorough, and most importantly, she tailors her services to each individual skin type. I feel I am in good hands and my skin has been glowing since I started going. I love Sima! She is such a warm hearted lady. On top of her great personality and customer care, she does a fantastic job. The first time I went there was probably about 3months ago and wanted a facial done. The treatment was so awesome that I simply fell asleep right there and then for probably 10min. The soothing music in the background helped lol She gave me time to relax and wake up on my own. That was a very good experience. Next time I went there was for laser hair removal. I had the recommended 6 treatments each for a combo package of Brazilian, under arms and legs. I gotta tell you I couldn’t be happier; very very effective and it is very reasonably priced. I payed less then any other place that I could find!!! I felt pampered and thoroughly enjoyed myself. I definitely recommend this place. Especially for laser hair removal.

This place is awesome! Although the store just opened, the owner Sima is quite experienced. There was no confusion about my treatment and the service was wonderful. She also recommended other treatments for my skin type. This place has become a definitely staple in my beauty routine!

If you want very experienced skin care at an affordable price, you’ll love this place. Sima was knowledgable and very accommodating to my requests. She knew exactly how to answer my concerns as well. What a great secret this place is. It’s new to LA so get here before it expands like it did in Germany!
