Amazing BBQ, service and price! $ 11.99 lunch AYCE for the 4 of us. We got chicken, beef and pork. Since we don’t eat anything exotic, the basic $ 11.99 is good enough. Service is excellent with the owner and waitress helping us cook. The grill was changed 4 times without asking. Will definitely come back again. Just get here early since parking spaces are limited.

This place was great. Found this little hidden gem walking distance from my house. The quality of the meat was very good. The side dishes are delicious as always. Do not forget to order seconds on the potato salad if you are a fan like i am. The service was impeccable, they cut the fat from my meat and removed it from the table. Now thats what i call service. In conclusion very pleased with this little gem!

Came here for lunch. At 11.99AYCEKBBQ I can’t complain. Party of 3, the main meat dish we ordered was beef bulgogi and brisket. The AYCE salad was perfect and not overly drenched with dressing. The side dishes were fresh and tasty. The meat was fairly decent for the price. The service was impeccable. The waitress would not stop serving, prepping and refilling. We never raised a finger. She was spot on with everything we needed. She was the only one there and also had other tables to attend to, but was non-stop. Parking can be a challenge in this very small strip mall lot shared with Island Pacific, Leelin Bakery and Legend Noodle(to name a few). Would definitely return for great service and decent food at affordable price.

The service here is THEBEST. They go beyond expectations. The few times I’ve been here, our servers were always attentive and went out of their way to do things for us that other kbbq places wouldn’t bother doing. Even when it got busy, you could tell they tried really hard to make their rounds and fulfill everyone’s requests.

This AYCEKBBQ restaurant might be the best in LA. It’s extremely affordable, nicely decorated, and isn’t extremely smoky. The banchan(Korean side dishes) were excellent! The kimchi was spicy, the potatoes were creamy, and the cold noodle side dish was bomb! The meats look fresher and more red than most cheaper AYCE places. The brisket was tender and the bulgogi was well seasoned. Service was attentive! Also, there’s a reduced price during lunch which my partner and I took advantage of. I can’t wait to come back!

This spot is pretty bomb. Randomly decided come in here with the B.M. If your from LA Raza definitely come on down here, they treat you right here(well so far) The Waitress saw me trying to cut my chicken with my for and grabbed the scissors and did it for me. That was very motherly of her to do. This is now and currently our«go-to» spot. Good Brisket, Beef something and the chicken baldiny. something like that. They were all good. Even that egg like soup thing they bring you was good. Recommend this spot to my friends and family. Came back a day later with my 1 year old daughter to get out grub on. Even she ate alot and loved the food. Not sure why some of the reviews say they are stingy with the rice paper, but the first time we were here we had like 3 or 4 rounds of rice paper served. Chill atmos, no dirty looks. Good service, not that much of a language barrier(Big pet peeve of mine) Come here starving. Because there’s a 15 $ fee for leaving/not eating meat. Which is outrageous. But I can understand the reason.

My husband used to come here years ago before it became«Bak Kung». So, it’s our first time coming here since it became«Bak Kung». We came at 11 am so parking was not a problem. Quality wise this was much better than before. I’m giving 4 stars for the quality over the price. We had lunch for $ 11.99. The selection was typical, pork belly, beef brisket, chicken. However, the pork belly you 3 choices. Raw, garlic and the bak kung sauce. The garlic pork belly was the best! The chicken too had 2 choices, the garlic stir fried and the spicy marinated. I’m not too crazy about it. The garlic chicken tasted kind of bland. But they have this sauce, that could add flavor to the chicken. Having said that, they have very good quality of meat. I also love their sauce. The sides too was good. I usually don’t pay attention to the sides. But this time, we ate almost all of it. The eggs’ broth was tasty, the potato salad was tasty too! Plus the service here was excellent! The girl server was very helpful and very attentive! Would definitely recommend and would come back soon!

For AYCE, its actually not bad, but I’m not sure if it is really worth it for the price(we got the D menu which is around 29 bucks). The place is also a bit hot and sticky, but the owner did hook us up with service(free soju). 3.5 stars

This place was awesome! Service was great(they cooked our meat for us), unlimited steamed eggs, rice paper, excellent meat quality all for 17.99. I highly recommend the garlic pork and chicken gizzard. They charge a 35 cent processing fee if you split the bill with credit cards so bring cash!

Get Menu C($ 20) for the rib finger meat. It’s so good here! I was debating whether to give 4 or 5 stars because the sirloin is not good here. It tastes like burger meat. I was so sad. Maybe I should’ve asked for the fat to be left on. But everything else like the tongue and galbi were good. The nice lady who took our orders and was super nice even at 11:00pm definitely deserves 5 stars. And the hot tofu bowl thing is done really well here!

This place is amazingggggg~ Definitely on my list of «go-to» AYCEKBBQ spots in K-town to eat and drink with friends. It was recommended to me by my coworker and I’m SO glad she told me so of course I had to tell all my fellow Unilocalers! They offer cheap to regular price dinner menus. Menu A offers your basic meats(brisket, pork belly, chicken, etc) still a lot of options for $ 15.99. If you’re okay with those meats then I’d recommend that. Me, personally, I always have to get their kalbi(marinated short ribs) at any place I go which is usually $ 19.99. It’s a must for me because that’s my favorite! Kalbi is on their Menu B which is $ 19.99 and their’s is SOGOOD! I really liked their garlic pork belly too and their beef fingers. The meat was so soft and marinated really well. I really like their side dishes as well and they included dumplings that seemed to be homemade! Unlimited egg-«jjim» which is another favorite of mine. We ordered a whole lot of beer and soju, too and SOMEHOW our entire bill for 6 people MENU B with like…5 bottles of soju and 5 – 7 bottles of beer for less than $ 200. I should’ve taken a picture of the receipt! But everyone paid $ 35(that’s including tip!) Service was really good when we went. I was only annoyed in the beginning because our entire party hadn’t arrived yet and the waitress wouldn’t let us order until everyone got there. Maybe it was because I was hungry :) They brought us more food, drinks and anything we asked for pretty quickly. Parking lot is a bit small, but if you can find a spot inside then it’s free and consider yourself lucky! They also have street parking and offer valet in the evening. Highly recommend!

I live nowhere close to Koreatown, ended up needing to come down here for a show and decided to eat here before we went. I came on a Friday around 4:45pm and there was barely anyone inside. we were greeted and seated, our side dishes, drinks and menus were given to us right away. We got the $ 15.99 ayce deal Ok so where I live, the KBBQ meat portions aren’t that big, my sister & I ordered Beef Brisket, Beef Bulgogi & Pork Belly. We couldn’t finish it all. We were given so much brisket and bulgogi I was shocked. The brisket was my favorite! some might complain about the fat but that’s all the flavor man! Since we couldn’t finish all the uncooked meat we were ok with paying the extra $ 15 because there was quite a few left. But when we asked the check the server was like«nooo it’s ok it’s ok» we tried to tell her no it was fine go ahead & charge us but she just kept saying no. So we left a bigger tip even though the bill was only $ 34. love this place, only con is the parking lot. super tiny but luckily wasn’t that hard to get a spot when we went. I’ll definitely try & come back here again.

We’ve been meaning to check out Bak Kung 2 for quite some time, and I was glad that we finally took a chance on it today. We took advantage of the All-You-Can-Eat $ 11.99 special(per person) from 11am-4pm and arrived around noon. Parking looked a little cramped in the free private lot out front, but finding a space actually ended up being an easy process. When we walked in, we were immediately greeted and seated by a smiling hostess. I can’t stress enough how happy I was to be seated quickly because I was super freaking hungry. I read some reviews hinting at cold and unfriendly service from waitresses in the past, but based on my own personal experience, I’d have to disagree. My boyfriend and I were all smiles, and the ladies who served us were very courteous and sweet in return. Before I even needed to push the button for service, our waitress seemed to anticipate our needs ahead of time, which meant more time dedicated to eating and less time flagging someone down. Thank you for that! Being half Korean, I am very familiar with the dishes here, and my non-Korean boyfriend is starting to become well-acquainted with KBBQ, too. We both agreed that the Bulgogi was delicious and the Beef Brisket was pretty tasty, too. The side dishes that stood out the most to me were the Steamed Egg(which we asked for a second helping because it was so yummy), Chop Chae noodles and Kimchi. Not to mention, the OB Golden Lager comes in a generously sized bottle for only $ 7! Oh yea, and if you’re into K-Pop music, that sweetness is casually playing in the background while you eat. Gotta love it.
