Love this Banana Republic in Beverly Center! A nice large store verses other locations, filled with a lot more variety and better quality merchandise. I was searching for a 100% men’s cashmere sweater and this location was the only store in LA that stocked them. In fact, they not only had the entire line of men’s cashmere available but also stocked the full line of colors for women as well. Service was terrific, cheerful and helpful. Sale promos are always running. I went right before Christmas and it was 50% off 1 item and 40% off the rest of your purchase. I walked out with 2 cashmere sweaters!

Came by with a promo email and didn’t know where to start. Laurie is the best sales person ever. Was always around to suggest pieces and offer her opinion. She wasn’t pushy at all. It was a very comfortable experience.

The best! With a brand new creative director Banana Republic has done a 360! The clothes are on point, and the customer service is amazing! Highly recommend going in to check out their new product, and displays!

Banana Republic has totally earned my patronage. I just started shopping here and one of the sweaters I bought had a hole in it after I had washed it as per the instructions. I didn’t even think I could exchange it but I was in there with a friend and thought I would ask. The manager Miguel told me to bring it in with my receipt — and they’d honor their quality with an exchange, no questions asked. So impressed! I’m definitely coming back.

Extremely furious. I go in to buy some underwear and jeans. The guy at the counter says I can get 20% off if I get a banana republic card. Thinking it’s just a normal card for the purpose of getting discounts, I get it. Well in the mail comes a banana republic visa card… a credit card… now one that i Have to deal with… cancel it and ding my credit, or have yet ANOTHER credit card to keep track of. I didn’t ask for this. A few fledged visa. I already have too many damn credit cards. I don’t need to be keeping track. This place is full of liars.

Seriously you gotta love the sales at the Banana. The store at Beverly Center is easy to find on 7th floor but the women’s selection isn’t as big as the one at the Grove. The sales people are very helpful and friendly.

Not impressed with the customer service at this store. In fact, based on my last experience here, I’ve stopped shopping at Banana all together.

I came here with my mum to find her an outfit for my upcoming graduation. We had really friendly service in an attentive-but-not-pushy sort of way; that was awesome. The store was neat and presentable. We were able to find what we needed, and will be back.

Banana at the beverly center is GREAT! They offer amazing items and help. Their sales associates are so sweet as well. Nancy and Sharon are my favorite that work there

I love this Banana. Very friendly employees and an always-well-stocked sale room in the back. Two of my main requirements.

Great Service. Someone came up to me quickly and asked if she could help. We found a nice sports jacket and someone else that new more about how a suit has to fit, helped with the sizing. The guy at the cashier was nice too. Quick in and out, friendly knowledgeable staff. That’s how shopping for clothing has to be.

I’ve always been a fan of Banana Republic and my experience at this location hasn’t change my opinion one bit. I still don’t like that the place seems to serve the skinnier clientele but it is what it is. I’m still able to find things I like in my fit and size whenever i end up at one of the stores so it’s not that big a deal. It’s probably my only gripe. The service at this store was pretty incredible. Associates were not just friendly and helpful — I don’t know how to describe it as they were in the racks helping looking for sizes and colors. Not just for me, but for anyone who asked or needed help. Prices aren’t too bad when they’re on sale with an additional discount at the register however, today, I just wan’t in the spending mood for myself as I was already blowing all kinds of dough on a friend.

My boyfriend is 6’5″ with long legs and broad shoulders. Shopping for«nice» clothes can be a pain. We’d walk into a store and ask if they had a 36″ inseam. No? Thanks, g’bye! Some places thought they could trick us, or that a 34″ would magically fit him. No dice. While the general«air» of the Beverly Center is said to be snobby or rude(especially to people with tattoos, brightly colored clothes, and/or multicolored hair like us), this was NOT the case ATALL at Banana Republic. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by someone(Danny?) who ended up taking the time to go through EVERYSINGLERACKINTHESTORE looking for 36″ inseam while another guy, Bodhi/Bodie, attended to my boyfriend while he was in the fitting room, bringing him shirts and suggesting color combinations. Even the lady taking out the trash was laughing and joking with me about«El Phantasma de la Opera». When I left the fitting area to get a belt, other people were very cheerful and offering to help as well. While I had to let out the hem on the pants to make them fit, and the shirt we bought ended up being to small for my boyfriend’s shoulders, I was so impressed with the customer service as well as the cleanliness and well organized presentation of the store, I will be back! Minus one star only because they need to start carrying clothes in store for tall people!
