Bobbi Brown Macy’s Beverly Center

Maddie and Limairy are absolutely amazing!!! They did a wonderful job on my makeup, and treated me with care and professionalism. They explained every step of the makeover process including the importance of skin care. They showed their love for Bobbi Brown products and passion for helping women look and feel great! Thank you girls for helping make my evening so special!!!

Went to Bobbi Brown to get one of my favorite concealers only to be super bummed out at learning that it had been discontinued. I had a very important photo shoot the next day and Erine tried to help me find a similar product. We both knew however, that it did not exist. She was the biggest sweetheart ever and totally saved me by giving me last of the tester. She also gave me an amazing makeover and introduced me to a bunch of new products. I usually try not to spend too much time at the stands but Erine was absolutely lovely and I enjoyed every minute! Anyone visiting Macy’s should stop by and visit Erine. She is the best! Thank you!!!

I know absolutely nothing about makeup so when I was immediately greeted by the makeup artist Erine, I felt like I was in good hands.
She helped me find the right foundation for my skin color and type and also recommended some other products.
Will definitely be returning!

I came in wanting to buy their concealer and ended up buying a bag full of stuff! They have amazing customer service and answered any questions I had about their products. I needed help deciding whether or not I should try their infamous gel liner because I’ve never used a gel liner before and they give me a free make up lesson and taught me how to make a perfect cat eye with ease! I was completely sold! This team was informative, thorough, and extremely sweet! I will definitely be coming back here to purchase anymore Bobbi brown cosmetics! :)

I never write reviews but after my experience at the Bobbi Brown counter at Beverly center macys, I felt compelled to write my very first review. Elice, one of the ladies working at the counter, was extremely attentive n helpful. I was merely looking for a concealer but she took her time to introduce me to their skin care products. She was not pushy, just very caring n attentive. I got small samples of their powder n concealer so that I could figure out my color. Along w it, she included their moisture repair cream n the vitamin base. I was skeptical at first bc I’m very picky w skincare products. But was I wrong! I have very dry skin n always have a tough time finding the right product but after trying the samples, I was in LOVE!!! It is better than SKII n La Mer products I’ve used in the past. I am so happy that she took her time to listen n pick out products to recommend even though I was only browsing through. I will never look at Bobbi Brown products the same way again. Their skincare line is totally underrated. I will b their loyal customer for life! Thanks again, Elice!!!
