Boston Dental Group

MY usual dentist that I go to is a little bit far so I called a couple places to find a dentist that was near my house.
I called Boston Dental to make an appointment/​consultation and the lady that picked up I’m guessing was the receptionist and she was exceptionally rude and condescending. I was shocked and appalled by her attitude. You aint getting my business or anyone’s business like that. PLEASE FIX YOUR ATTITUDE. You are NOT all that!
Im not suprised by their low rating on Unilocal and a previous review confirmed my beliefs on their customer service.

i’m not here to rave about my experience at the dentist. obviously it was not pleasant and it was not fun… i was getting a wisdom tooth extracted for crying out loud! lol
i’m solely basing it off the staff, the dentist himself, and the procedure. the receptionist (i think she’s the wife of the dentist? i’m not sure) greeted me with a smile and explained to me what the dentist will be working on today. i filled out standard paperwork and as soon as i was finished, the dentist was ready for me.
i am 24 years old and i am still terrified of any and all doctors lol but the dentist was extremely nice, professional, and made me feel at ease. he cracked jokes throughout the procedure and that certainly took my mind off the stress of having someone yanking away at my tooth. before i knew it, it was over!
the receptionist filled out a prescription for painkillers to pick up at the pharmacy (conveniently located in the same building and is right in front of the practice!) and helped me set up my next appointment. i’m not exactly looking forward to going back but i don’t dread it as much anymore :)

I went to the Boston Dental Group to get my wisdom teeth removed yesterday. The staff is friendly and efficient. I came in, took an x-​ray, removed my upper two wisdom teeth, and got my painkillers/​antibiotics in less than an hour (my case was lucky and simple, I guess). I always thought dentists were a bit scary and sneaky (based on previous experiences), but this pleasant experience made me change my mind. I will most likely go there again if needed.

And if you’re curious, I am a college student without dental insurance, and I paid much less than expected.
