Brazil Discount Tobacco

Now known as A’S Tobacco. Came here to buy an e cigarette form E Generation and they seem to be the only ones in my area carrying that brand. The e cigarette was fine, however I had a problem with tank that was crooked and they wouldn’t replace it for free. Secondary, when I went there to buy a new flavor I specifically asked for a low-​level nicotine tobacco flavored liquid. He gave me one that had a low-​level nicotine but I hated the fruity, flowery taste, it almost made me throw up. When I asked him to exchange it, he refused, even though he sold me a wrong item. Don’t buy anything there.

This place has changed its name to A’s Tobacco. New ownership as well. This place is ok for a small item (read five dollars or under), but if you plan on spending any money on something go someplace else. They don’t have any customer service and don’t know how to deal with higher priced high end items. A web site store is more useful because at least they won’t give you faulty information pre-​sale and no help post sale. I tried to return an unused item that was open box to begin with (at no discount). They refused the refund on claims of it being opened. Further more, he damaged the box while refusing my refund so now the resale value is lower than had I not gone to ask for a refund. What a nightmare. Never again.

Sadly Brazil has changed their name since my review. I haven’t been back recently, as I’ve moved, but I expect the same quality of service if they are under the same ownership.
Brazil is my go-​to place to get almost everything. From snacks to pipes, sunglasses to an adult section, nice zippos, and, of course, a wide variety of tobacco products.
Service has always been friendly and fast. It’s def. not a high-​end, get waited on hand-​and-​foot type of business, but it’s great for a quick stop. Great prices and friendly owners/​workers as long as you greet them with a smile.
