Brazil Smoke and Cigar Shop

Please do yourself a favor and never go to Brazil Smoke Cigar Shop.
Let me explain:
So I went to this place last night to buy some shisha supplies, a few flavors, coals etc. and what happened next left me puzzled how a business owner, who’s business is selling products can act like such an imbecile and expect to actually stay in business for a long time.
I walked up to the store, the door is wide open, the open sign is lit, so I walk right up to the counter I see the clerk, I say «Hey how’s it going». His response, verbatim: «Thanks for walking all over my wet floor!» In a very angry tone by the way.
I actually gave him the benefit of a doubt at that point, thinking he’s joking, so I chuckled and proceeded to ask him for the stuff I wanted to buy. He made a confused, and angry face looking straight at me all pissed off. I stopped mid sentence, looked at him and said, are you serious??? And what does he say? Again verbatim: «You should ask first buddy» (referring to his wet floor).
So I just slowly walked out of the store, turned around and walked away (to another tobacco store), while he’s running after me saying: «Ok buddy what do you want? Just tell me, just say what you want…»
I’m not sure if this guy was the owner of the place, or just an employee, but I really hope the owner (even if it’s him) reads this review because I’m going to give some advice here:
Your business is selling tobacco products, you have no customers, the place is empty, no one is buying anything. All of a sudden comes a customer ready to buy something and you act like an idiot, and scold him for stepping on your wet floor.
In the worst case scenario, that maybe your floor got dirty, it would take you all of about 10 seconds to clean it up. Yet, what actually happened is you lost a customer for life, and yes I will never recommend this place to anyone. I do live in the area, and if any of my guests ever ask me if there is a tobacco shop near by, I will never tell them to come to your place.
I really recommend everyone to avoid this place. There are plenty of tobacco shops in the area, where when you walk in, they greet you with a smile, have a nice conversation, recommend products.

This was my go to place for vape products. I even referred people to this place. I recently purchased an aspire vape system from them.
On Wednesday I went to the shop to purchase 3 replacement coils. I showed the guy my vape and he sold me the wrong coils. When I went back to exchange them, the «manager» wouldn’t replace the coil that I opened because he said «I can’t resale it.» I explained that he sold me the wrong one and it didn’t work.
He didn’t care.
They lost a loyal customer over a $ 3.99 purchase. I will never spend another dime at this place.

Rude rude rude. You old fart do not deserve my business just cuz i accidentally said credit instead of debit. 7 – 11 is right there and i rather give 50 cents more than deal with a douchebag. You can go eff yourself old fart. There’s plenty of smoke shops.

I have gone twice so far.
I do love the fact that the owner carrys ‘Smoke Ordor’ at a resonable price and he also has a large selection of the different types of fragrances. Personal favorite is the strawberry =)
Has a great selection on Swissher Sweets & White Owl Cigar Paper. I believe it is 2 for 1 dollar which is pretty good & He has a ton of flavors.
The owner is helpful which is why I come back to his shop.

This place is great. Great prices in this particular area of WLA. For sure I found my new spot to purchase my cigs frm and other accessories!!!

My husband and I were there to buy our first eVapor last night. I have never had a customer service that good at any other smoke shop on the earth. I guess his name is Juliano? He was so knowledgable and willing to help. We’ll definitely come back for the oil refill!

Julianos is the man! I’ve known him since the place opened and I was a wee little lad :’)
(lol just like 2 years ago) anyways he’s a great guy and super nice and helpful, love the shop’s interior especially once they changed it up recently and got rid of the section to the far end to make room for more sexy GLASS.
This place is walking distance from my pad so obviously it’s the place for me to go… if they don’t overcharge or have crappy selection. Unlike many other smoke shops they don’t overcharge their cigs, and price them with tax included. Love that!
Then there’s Carlos, he is awesome also. Him and I had a real good talk recently outside the shop over some smokes around closing time just talking about the past and how stuff has changed and all that. Real cool guy. Also, got me the BEST deal on a vape pen, with an eGo battery that’s adjustable and has a huge storage capacity and a tank with another cartomizer if I need it, it came out to be less than $ 50.
