Brown Derby Plaza Valet

Rude and misleading sign… Be careful the valet has stolen items from my car
$ 20 dollar bill from my arm rest and some iPhone ear buds

Sign said $ 4 when we got inside and the valet attendant asked where we were going and I told him exactly what restaurant (cocos which was across the street) he said it would only be $ 2 as long as I got validation from them. When I got back to pick up my vehicle a different attendant looked at my ticket which had been validated by the restaurant and said it was no good for that buildings parking and said $ 13 cash only, had to walk back to the store to get cash then ran into the first attendant who again said it should only be $ 2 when I showed him my ticket. The other attendant said something to him in Spanish and he then said the same thing about it not being valid. Seemed kinda shady to me I would definitely not park here in the future

We came with about a dozen motorcycles on a Saturday night. We were told that it’s $ 4.00 per parking space as they do valet here only (only they can’t valet our bikes so we’d have to park it ourselves) and we thought «cool, we can do 4 bikes per space» which would take up only 3 spots equating to $ 12.00 total. Once we got off their manager told us they wanted to charge us per vehicle and we told him that was not what we were told when we came in. Why suddenly charge us per vehicle when we were told otherwise? Other cars coming in were being only charged $ 4.00 per space while we have to fess up $ 48.00 for three spaces for vehicles they didn’t even valet.
They wanted $ 24.00 in the end, we gave them $ 20.00. Seriously? Trying to be unfair and ripping us off? Pfft. Not today, gentlemen. Not to mention all the stores in the plaza has signs that says there’s 2 hour free parking with validation (we went to Koko’s Chicken and Pizza) but the valet company didn’t even provide parking slips to be validated with. Wtf. This valet is a complete joke. LOL.
Also, the valet people and their stands were all gone by the time we got back. I wonder what happens to all the cars they valet earlier before they left…

Used them tonight. Not only was it absolute chaos with many near accidents. Then to top it off they actually tapped me with my own car. They hit me gently because he wasn’t looking and I was still standing in front of the car. If I wasn’t a reasonable person that could be a potential lawsuit.

Don’t park here. Unless they change their misleading sign that is tantamount to false advertising. It’s actually valet only but they purport it to be something else.
The establishment (We went to Wako Donkatsu) said we can park for 2 hours free. The written sign says «1 hour free with validation with minimum purchase». The parking attendant verbally said its «$ 2 with validation». And either way, they don’t give a parking ticket that can be stamped for validation.

It would be nice if they put up a sign that they still charge regardless of validation.
