Bubble Dry Cleaners

I brought my purse in for repair and cleaning. I was told it would take two weeks. And it was no guarantee the ink stains would be removed. I returned in two weeks and my purse wasn’t there. The worker called the seamstress who said she cleaned the purse but the ink didnt come out. But she hadnt started stitching the purse. I was told to return in five days. I never returned because I decided they could have the purse as nearly three weeks was entirely too long. I got a call Friday, two days after the second arranged pick up date, saying dont come to the shop yet because the purse still wasn’t ready. The seamstress was having problems fixing the straps. I told the worker to keep it and hung up.
