This place is ok, but not too many flavor options. The boba is good… when they actually have it. Of the three times I’ve gone there, two of times they didn’t have any boba ready.

It was my first time checking this place out. The cashier recommended the mocha latte so I gave it a try. Only four stars because some of the boba was hard but the drink was good.

Best Boba around! I love the drinks at this place. It has become a tradition for my Filipino family to shop at Seafood City, then grab drinks at Bubble Street for the drive back to Bakersfield. It is so good! The place is located inside the supermarket and is really just a little kiosk. It is clean and the stuff there is kept covered and stored properly. The drinks are perfect and the tapioca is always fresh and hot in the cup. They do everything from Ube to green tea and it is all good. So why only three stars? Because the waits are always too long even when they aren’t busy. I also get attitude from the workers there that I don’t understand. I approach smiling and ready to go and they act like I kicked their chihuahua. I’ve taken to letting my wife go make the orders because they seem to be nicer to her. I don’t want to call it racism, but when white boy walks up, a cloud comes over the place. I am guessing more likely it is a language barrier thing more than my race. Still, I hate the fact that I feel unwelcome when I approach the place. So here is the deal, I love the drinks from here. There is nothing at all wrong with the sanitation or prices. The staff aren’t friendly to me, but I’m not taking it personally. Be aware though, if you don’t speak Tagalog, be ready for all smiles to disappear when you approach. They can and will get your order right, but there is a palpable tension for some reason.

Located inside Seafood City. I’ve been a lot and every single time my drink comes out fantastic. I love their boba because it’s honey boba. I’ve never had an issue here which surprises me at their low rating. Love this place and it’s my favorite place to go to when I visit Panorama City.

This place would have been awesome, except they keep running out of ingredients to make their drinks. I don’t even know how this place is surviving. I came to get a shake with boba, and they run out of boba… Last time of the many times they ran out of stuff to make their watermelon melon drink(I forgot what it’s called). Like c’mon! So everytime I always left with nothing. Why even have it on their menu if they can’t make it? It’s been so long since they ran out of the stuff to make it. When are you guys going to have everything in stock? Today is the last time I come here!

the drinks taste like they put milk and a whole bottle of sugar syrup inside. the boba was soft outside but the inside was very hard. I always finish my boba drinks but honestly I couldn’t even get pass the first sip. it was beyond too sweet for me.

When I got there around 5 pm. There are out of Taro Smoothie so I order coffee late and mango smoothie. It’s so horrible taste and taste Powderly. Did not spend enough time in the Mixer. Every drink made from powder and with pre mix base so thick nasty taste groovy like also too sweet.

Normally, we go to the Seafood City in North Hills when we’re in the area. On this visit, we decided to give the Seafood City market in Panorama City a look. Glad we did because we discovered Bubble Street. Bubble Street is located inside the Seafood City market right beside Grill City. Had never heard of the place, but thought it would be worth a try. We ordered a small Sweet Alligator with boba. It costed $ 3.95 plus 50 cents extra for the boba. If you like avocado and jackfruit, then you must give this drink a try. If you are not a fan of avocado and jackfruit, then do not order this drink. My wife and I liked this drink a lot. It was loaded with avocado and just tasted delicious! 4 stars! Only thing that I did not like about our visit was the wait. We were the only customers at the time, but it still took about 15 minutes before our drink was ready. If there had been other customers, then they would not have been very happy. So if you have time to spare, then give them a shot. We will again(as long as we are not in a hurry).

I was happy to see a new boba tea place open close to my house. I hate boba loca with a passion, it tastes like week old flour boba with no flavor moldy tea. I will never go to boba loca ever again in my life even though I am a boba addict so trust that says a lot! Now saying that, I was very pleasantly surprised by Bubble street! I have read some bad reviews and honestly the wait isn’t as bad as everyone says but maybe I was just lucky going on a Saturday afternoon. I ordered the golden milk tea with boba. The tea it’s self was just a little too sweet but the boba was nice and fresh with a good chew to it. I will definitely be back. Next on my list is the alligator drink and the taro milk tea. I will keep you updated on that. The staff was a but clueless about what’s in the drinks but that’s ok they were friendly enough. The prices are reasonable but I still prefer Lolli cup in Chinatown and quickly. They the best in LA, but bubble street is a great substitution when I’m stuck in the valley and don’t feel like driving down town. Every bubble tea place I’ve tried in the valley was very disappointing and I couldn’t even drink it but now thankfully I found bubble street and this boba addict will be back!

This location is inside Seafood City. It’s always a shame when my Boba drink is too sweet. I was wanting something with out dairy, the only thing being the Almond Milk Tea. However it tasted more like Almond Cake Tea. I would like to say, the Boba was fresh tasting though. The girl who helped us was nice, so I don’t blame her, but I guess it was too good to be true to get Boba somewhere like this.

Found inside Seafood City, I just got their Original Golden Milk Tea with boba. I wasn’t expecting much, but the mixture was just right! The boba wasn’t tasteless either, even had a honey flavor. Will be back to try their interesting smoothie varieties.

I’m so ticked off right now that I had to write my review on this place NOW. My first time here was a couple weeks ago, it took about 15 mins before somebody acknowledged me. There were three workers that day. One girl had her back turned to the register the entire time, the guy saw me but didn’t say a word and kept working away, and the other girl was spending her time making drinks for herself to take home. There’s no urgency or speed in these workers. They were all moving at the speed of a sloth! I visited a second time giving them the benefit of the doubt that they are fairly new. Crappy service again. The guy in front of me wasn’t even ordering. Him and his friends knew the workers and were just hanging out. Third time was 30 mins ago. I was really craving an avocado smoothie and didn’t feel like driving all the way to Reseda so I came here. I ordered my smoothie and waited as the girl made my drink. When I ordered, the girl ask me if I wanted boba which I declined. They were pretty fast today because I was the only customer. The girl hands me my drink and surprise, there’s boba in there! She quickly caught her mistake and took it back to «fix». By «fix», it meant she had opened up the cup and scooped just the smoothie part into a new cup. What does that mean? She gave me a cup of avocado smoothie that wasn’t filled to the top! It was more than an inch below the top, it’s ridiculous! She definitely took LAZY and IDIOT to a new level. I guess I won’t mention her name to publicly shame her but I should. Ugh girl, please stay in school!

It’s hard to find good quality BOBA in the valley. I’m the type of person to go all the way to the 626 area just to get good boba. When I first saw Bubble Street, I had mixed emotions about it. A part of me was excited because aside from just being a small kiosk — it had the right feel of how a boba place should feel. The other part was a little skeptical just because it’s a small kiosk inside Seafood City. I’ve been here four times and for some reason, the first three times — they never had pudding available :(But I finally got it and I like how soft it is. Their honey boba is my favorite yet. It’s so warm and soft and it doesn’t have that plastic chewy rubber taste. Oh and their price! The buy 2 get 1 free deal should stay because it’s what keeps customers(or at least me) coming. If it turned into every other $ 4 – 5 each boba shop, then it’s nothing great and I could just go to Boba Loca or something. I do have to add that my last visit, it took about 4 minutes till I was finally asked what I wanted but it’s fine because I still didn’t know what to get. And idk about the other reviews saying they waited so long for their order — mine with 3 drinks took probably 5. I’ve tried Taro Milk Tea, Ice Milk with Taro Pudding & Honey Boba, Ice Milk with Pandan Pudding & Honey Boba, Mango Republic, and Cookie Boy.(All with HB) TMT — Just like how it should taste. Not too sweet(: IM — Now, I ordered this by accident not realizing that it literally is blended ice and milk and not milk tea. But for being just basically a «milk smoothie» — it wasn’t bad. Good thing I had the Pudding and HB though haha MR — Tastes like Magnolia Mango Ice Cream Cookie Boy — Made with oreos and its not as sweet as you’d think Actually, I enjoy that their drinks aren’t too sweet(but that’s my preference). You guys should give it a shot. And make sure to get the Honey Boba! All in all, I think this is my favorite boba spot. I’ve had boba all over socal btw. From San Gabriel to Long Beach to SD and I’m actually shocked that I like something in this valley so much.

Saw at least five people preparing the drinks but got mine more than thirty minutes after. The only person i found efficient was the cashier, the rest were like headless chickens wandering inside their very tiny kiosk. Red tea was great however

The first time I went it took 47 minutes to get my order. The second time it took almost twenty minutes to get my order. The third time I went I stood around for ten minutes, no one acknowledged me no one said hello so I did not even order. Such poor customer service. Highly disappointed.

Delicious golden milk tea! Really cheap too. 4 dollars for a large milk tea with boba. Tea wasn’t too sweet. It was perfectly delicious.
