Buffalo Express

This location is co-​branded with Fatburger. I’m not a fan of Fatburger but decided to give it a try. They offer online ordering through their Buffalo Express website and also Grubhub. I noticed that Grubhub included a combo deal for chicken tenders and curly fries so I ordered with them.
The location has quirky but appealing style. It felt new and looked very clean. The staff were friendly and there’s a padded bench in front of the checkout where you can sit while you wait for your order.
The meal was hot and the chicken tasted good, not like it was mass produced. The sauces were light which I find appealing. The curly fries were also good although a few were undercooked.
Their soda vending machine is one of the touch screen models with multiple brands available. I finally go to try Dr. Pepper Cherry!
I can easily see myself going back to try some of their other items.

This place was pretty cool. I was coming back late at night and I was still hungry. Initially I was craving some jack in the box so I was thinking of Jack in the Box. As I was coming closer to Jack on Santa Monica, I saw a fatburger sign. I then saw a buffalo sign, but I was confused. Was this a knock off buffalo wild wings? Yes it was a buffalo (in training) express that was attached to the fat burger. The employees were really nice and considerate. I ordered a turkey burger and a starter of wings (five with coconut glaze and five with honey bbq glaze). They both were a strange combination, but it was alright.
I would have given this place a four out of five star, but my turkey burger was a little dry. I am still loyal to the fatburger in westwood that is close to Café Elysee. They make their burgers really well. This one seemed as if no one had ordered a turkey burger for a few hours and it got dried out. Perhaps there wasn’t juicy enough. I don’t know. All in all not too shabby. I’ll be back sometime. I hope their turkey burger gets better by then.
