BUYER BEWARE!!! I went to CY Flooring and got a quote on flooring after this place was recommended by my contractor. The next day my contractor went to purchase the flooring and they said they misquoted the price. It was a difference of $ 1.40 a square foot. They would not honor the quoted price. After much discussion we agreed on a price near the middle but VERY DISAPPOINTED in their customer service. I would not recommend this place or use them again. If you want to use them be very cautious!!!

I am rating the product not the service or the store, because ultimately that’s what is important here. I purchased laminate floors for my bedroom and searched and search all the big name stores and NOBODY came close the the price CY Flooring offered for a 12 MM laminate. It installed like a champ (my first time installing any type of floor) and had no issues with damaged material. All the boards were undamaged and had no variation in color. I will highly recommend. Actually, I went back and purchased more (in different color) for my living room and play room!
Summary:
— Thick 12 MM with strong Laminate
— Price, Price, Price… Crazy Cheap (Did my bedroom 200 sq ft for $ 220 est.)
— No damage boards
— Variety of colors, all the same price
Tip: Pay cash and save even more.

We bought 29 boxes of laminate floor lady told us
U can return any time. After one week later we went return back 15 boxes she said 25%restocking
Fees u have pay I said it fine they came and check
It out and said plastic rap is out u can’t return couple boxes ands he refuse to take it back where do you root going by square feet are not right I am f complaining that’s why I like to go Buy Home Depot this is a big experience for me to get the discount store

I purchased base moulding from here on the recommendation of my handyman. They don’t have much of a selection, or even great customer service. However, if you are happy with standard/classic option for your moulding and are PRICE DRIVEN, this is the place you want to visit! I drove down the block to the Lowe’s to compare the price on the same moulding and CY flooring was a third if the price! Definitely worth the visit if your not to picky.

Never buy anything from this place. They are thieves. They take your money and once your out the door they don’t care about you. I purchased laminate flooring from these guys 12 months ago and im starting to see a problem with them and they send the rudest guy who was the manager and he called the problem a minor problem. A problem is a problem minor or major. They said they wont do anything about it I can go and do what I want. They feel that there product is the best. Its the worst laminate I have ever seen. It scratches very very easily. Now the bubbling. Stay away from this place. They feel that the customer cant do anything anyway so they tell you OFF. They don’t even have a company policy. No one there knows anything.
