Foods ok but there service is horrible.
Employees must show good customer service they don’t even ask if I needed anything else like ketchup napkins etc.

Service and food was bad. Ordered drive thru and was asked to move forward and they will bring the food to us. There was a car that ordered behind us and they were give their food before us. We waited 10 – 15 minutes before the worker came to give us our food. We asked if waiting this long happens all the time. The worker said it was because of chicken filet was freshly made. We get home and the chicken was dry and stiff. No where near the same burger I’ve tried at a different location. First and last time coming to this location!

Average Fast Food restaurant, but the 5 stars goes to the Management staff who is very friendly and know customer service.
Drive thru is fast.
My job is very close to this location, so I stop in occasionally since there isn’t much choice around the area for lunch.
Good parking.

Soon as I walked in it smelled like mildew. I just stopped breathing through my nose. Stood in line to order my food, no one approached me to see if I wanted anything. Couldn’t look at the menu too long because there was flies all on the menu. My stomach was turned off and so was I. I wouldn’t go there again if I had to.

It’s not that bad. It’s not that good. It’s a big food chain so my expectations are never high.
It’s average, nothing outstanding
a better one is the one by usc if you like location. But honestly this is just like the rest big food chains.

Where to start… Not only did they short me on fries in the drive thru, the chicken wasn’t fully cooked (Santa fe burger) it was still raw. The burger wasn’t even close to what it should’ve been. Whoever is working in the kitchen just is throwing slop together. Thee worst experience from Carl’s I’ve ever experienced.

I was excited for the Carl’s Jr to open. New lunch option.
Service and employees are friendly. In the beginning, you were greeted with an echo of «Welcome to Carl’s Jr!» I wondered how long that would last. Needless to say, I went there recently and was not greeted by the loud echos of Welcome to Carl’s Jr I heard before. :)
I ordered some criss cut fries which are my guilty little pleasure. However, I think they much have used that oil to deep fry chicken or something else. When I ate my fries, I could taste chicken and my fries were soaked in oil.

Like coming here to eat with my friends. They have good costumer service and its always clean. They also have the courtecy to take your order to wherever your sitting at. Thats a plus :-)

I often stop here for a quick bite. Avoid during lunch as it is packed with the local Middle School kids. Nothing special.
