Chimichurri Argentinean Grill

I’ve been waiting for the next time I will encounter the Chimichurri Stand again.
The last (and first) time I had a taste was when I went to Eagle Rock Brewery for the Women’s Beer Forum. I didn’t have time to get dinner so we quickly grabbed food from the stand outside. Cashier was really friendly, and STRONGLY recommended that I tried the choripan over empanadas.
I was not disappointed. The bread was soft on the inside and crisp on the outside, the sausage had a great bite and tasted very fresh, and the chimichurri sauce was simply delicious. I got the spicy one and it had a nice kick from some extra sauce and the added jalapenos on top. I was sad when I took my last bite.
We will meet again, Chimichurri stand. Until next time.

I really don’t write reviews, the only reason I am is because I was blown away due to the ease (even tho I kept on changing the amount of invitees & numerous questions) it was to work with Patricia & Nataly.
They are very professional and ready to answer ALL my questions & didn’t give me attitude after having added more ppl to my guest list a couple of times. Even tho Catering is rarely seen in the Hispanic community (unless it’s a taco truck) I was truly amazed of how nice & easy it was putting all this together.
They literally come to your spot setup, cook (they have an OG Don Señor handling the grill and boy can he cook. Softest, juiciest Entraña ever!) and serve (only complaint was that they didn’t want to have a beer or drink at the party, but then again I was drunk already)
Everyone at the party (16 ppl) couldn’t stop talking & complementing how soft and delicious the meat and sides (rice, mashed potatoes, salad) were. Even the most pickiest eaters loved it & that’s including Armenian, Salvis, Mexican, Filipinos & White ppl.
So if ur debating on calling them because U think it’s to expensive or it’s going to be too much of a hassle hiring and putting all this together, believe me it’s not; regardless of it being a small or large party, they will accommodate to your needs. They have great prices, I know I called a couple of places.
Give them a call, U won’t regret it! Salud!

These guys are the bomb. Cute girls and great food! I always come to the Eagle Rock Brewery to grab a beer after work but the beer is always better when they are set up right in front. Keep up the good work ladies and the dude on the grill.

Las empanadas son divino. El chimichurri que hace la señora en casa, tambien divino. Solamente usan lo que es fresco y hecho en casa. Te digo que la salsa es un sueno.
Buscan y usan esta gente.

Tried the empanadas, can’t believe how good they are and the best part; served on the spot fresh out of the oven. They have a steak sandwich called the Lomito complete, served on a fresh French roll with lettuce, tomato, ham and egg and their signature chimichurri is by far nothing to mess with! Delicious delicious. Will def give them a call for any future catering! Thanks guys!
