Came here on a Saturday night. This place is disgusting. It was dirty and sticky everywhere you go. I don’t think they were short in staff because i see a lot of staff walking around, looking around, checking their cellphones, but not really doing much cleaning. what a waste of time and money.

Brought my kids here on a Friday night. Wasn’t so bad. It’s a little small but I liked it. Wasn’t so pack, there was several tables to pick from and enough space to play and enjoy with the kids. Also the fact that they had valet parking that gives them a 5

One word– IMPRESSED! I was very hesitant to have my 4 year olds birthday party. First year we were going to be inviting classmates and I was concerned about the crowds as well as the quality of the food. I also kept thinking to myself how on a normal day at chuck e cheese’s it’s impossible to find anyone who works there when you need them. Our party started at 1:30pm and we got there at 1pm. They say to arrive 15 mins before and since I was a half hour early I thought we would have to wait for our reserved space. As soon as we walked in and told them we had a party reservation(which was super easy to book online!) they smiled and walked us to our table where everything was already set up! Only thing I wanted different was table cloths on the adult tables. They normally only put them on the table for kids. As soon as I asked– BAM! It was done. At no charge AND with a smile. We were introduced to BLANCA who was our party host and probably the sweetest young lady EVER! She took our order right away. Asked when we wanted our food brought out. Made sure everything was correct. The food was awesome! Had to order 3 extra pizzas because everything was being devoured so fast. She also took the cake to the back to put it in the fridge. From A-Z she covered it all and did it so gracefully. The ONLY thing I would have changed was maybe saving a little more of the two hour time slot for the interactive activities like the chuck e show, ticket blaster, happy birthday song, photos and cake cutting. Seemed only about 15 mins was dedicated to that. It did feel a tiny bit rushed at the end. That was probably my fault. I’m sure if I would have asked to be given a heads up when we have 30 mins left she would have been happy to do it. She also let us stay at our table with all of our guests when our time slot was finished. She said it was only because there was no party after us but I thought that was still thoughtful. Very very HAPPY. BESTOFALL?! My son had the best birthday ever! All of his classmates were just so happy to be able to run around and be kids and have fun together. WILLDEFINITELYDOITAGAIN! Thank you Blanca and management team!

I frequent this location 2 – 3 times a month because my child enjoys chuck e cheese & unfortunately, this one is the closest. I have been a customer of this franchise for about 21 years, even held a few birthday parties at chuck e cheese, and I had never seen bad or experienced bad service until I set foot into this location. I will say that one time here, about 3 weeks ago, we had a lovely experience with an employee who was pregnant and a tall African American employee who were both so helpful and kind to my indecisive little boy at the prize area. Other than that, my gripe is always with the two female cashiers with heavily drawn eyebrows. They never say hello, thank you, or you’re welcome. Being a person of manners I always greet and use manners with whoever is helping me, but I’m constantly giving hello’s and thank you’s to these two women who never say it back or reciprocate. I always come at night, and just my luck, they’re always on the night shift. I find it so displeasing to start my experience at chuck e cheese that way, and since we have to go through them to purchase food(which isn’t cheap) or tokens, they’re always the first part of the trip. I’m not sure who the managers are, but someone has to notice the sour faces they consistently display to their customers. The fact that they’re allowed to help customers with this demeanor is a representation of how important customer service & the customer experience is to this location. Here’s hoping someone in charge takes notice and values our hard earned dollars enough to do something about it.

A great place to bring children. Very clean and the staff is attentive. There is free valet and since«restaurant» is big it fits a bunch of people yet it doesn’t feel crowded. Also if you come during the week between 11 – 3 adults pay $ 5.99 for food and kids(3&up) pay $ 3.99. They have a buffet style serving of pizzas, very inexpensive. I had my doubts coming here because of the location but so far I’m impressed. What really impressed me was how clean it is.

The pizza at this location is disappointing. It’s very flat and without flavor. It’s pricy for the outcome. Large with 12 slices are very thin. I think the cheese inside the cheese containers is old. Won’t be coming back.

I have been to many of these in the past, even owned stock in the very beginning. but through the years the stores looked stale, dirty. But not this one. clean, solicitous staff. the kids all had great fun. the pizza isnt the best in town but I didnt expect it to be. just passable and it was far better than that. Salad bar seemed fresh. few other menu options especially for health conscious adults. but again this is chuck e cheese. it is a place for kids birthdays and little league parties and this place more than satisfied the rugrats. was safe and offered good value

I had my daughter’s birthday on Sunday here and I got the best customer service from Julian in the game room he was so sweet to me and my daughter. He helped us out with tokens, games and anything I need he was there to help.

Love this place, it’s very exciting and fun with your kids. It’s like if I was in another chuck e cheese but, closer. The only thing that they should do and so people can go there often is to clean continuously, try to keep it more clean, cause when I went there for my first time it was a mess. Every plate with trash were still on the tables and people were going to use them. It’s this like you keep a fun and exciting place, I don’t think so.

This place has a BUFFET now! Yay! For Five Ninety-nine at Chuck E’s(from 11am-3pm) you get more than 3 kinds of pizza(cheese, pepperoni, veggie, etc, cinnamon dessert) AND a salad bar. But that really is it. I was still hoping for some potatoes of sorts and maybe some chicken, but all those(and drinks) are only available to order separately on their regular menu. I haven’t eaten at a Chuck E. Cheese since… uh…Turtles in Time, The Simpsons and Street Fighter 2 were approved games at the arcade section, so I would say the pizza is all right. It’s not very saucy but it IS very cheesy and fresh. Every slice pretty much guarantees you’ll be chewing out a lovely string of mozzarella at every bite. For a la carte, I also decided to try boneless wings, a small order for 9 bucks(about 8 pieces? I forgot). The other reviews are right when they say it takes 10+ minutes to get them. By the time I got them, I was already stuffed full of pizza. and they weren’t that great. You do get a dip sauce and some celery, but the wings tasted store-bought ones you buy in those big bags in the freezer sections. Overall, the buffet is great for the price, especially if you’re in the area and a Shakey’s isn’t. the place was clean, the staff was friendly, and I was just in time to see and high-five a costumed Chuck E. giving away free tickets. Ed and his crew appear to do a great job at running the place.

Yes i am 22 who haopened to pass by with my mom and decided to go and see how it is… This was my frist time in any chuck E Cheese, im disappointed on how long the food takes to be served. My mom and I waited and hour for just boneless wing and churro which not to say that portions are extremely small for the amount of exaggerated money we paid. We werent that happy when we left. I did enjoy the games but need more staff \round since i lost like five coins because the machine wasnt reading it.

I came here for nostalgic reasons 2 years ago on a separate LA trip. I just wanted to play the games, wins some ticket and cash them in for a 5 cent prize even though in theory I could just buy the stuff at the dollar store instead of spending $ 10 to each tickets worth a penny each to cash them in as prizes but I did it for the memories more than anything. As for the food we didn’t try any given the negative reviews on the food. We just wanted to get our game on.

Wow, CEC staff here on the weekend early afternoon are insanely lazy and ignore kids. Staff try to barrier Chuck E. from kids… The ticket drop here is a total joke. This location is overly bright and the staff are SLOW to clean tables. I would probably go to the one in Antelope Valley before I come back here.

I order pizza and wings The wings were raw blood coming out the chicken I mention to the cashier and showed her the chicken and told me… That she’ll make sure she tells the kitchen staff so I stood there like ok is that it, then she offer to cook a new batch I was like ok! When they brought me the chicken back they were… BURNT! I mean black burnt it was very dissatisfying the staff are friendly just that incident The place is overall very clean… I giving them a 2 for the effort

We had a BLAST!!! From beginning to end! They were so organized and detailed! My son really was the Birthday Star! Well worth the money !!! We got the must expensive package and loved it! The pull string piñata was cool! As soon as we walked in they took the cake and ice cream and stored it for us is the cooler! The manager met with us and checked on us from time to time! Our party host was Cathy she was also awesome and very patient with the«WILD» lol children! I would definitely recommend this site to all of my family, friends and to all my fellow Unilocalers! A great big THANKYOU to the staff here for making my son’s birthday one to remember !!

This is the best«rata apestosa» that I seen for many years, the service it’s great, the place it’s new that means new carpet, new machines, new tables, the place it’s safe and most important they have COMPLEMENTARYVALETPARKING, the only bad thing it’s that I can’t upload photos because I drop my phone somewhere inside and nobody return it wawawa =((it’s that stealing? what do u think?). Anyways I love this place, everybody gets to have fun, the restrooms are clean. There’s no much more to say… oh yes one more thing… return my phone, I saw u on camara leaving with my phone. It’s ok to laugh people lol P. S. If u r wondering why«rata apestosa»(stinky rat) that name was awarded by our family many years ago, when we visited a chuck e cheese at san fernando valley and the rat was super stinky.

Absolutely the best Chucky cheese in Southern California we had a wonderful time Andrea our server was absolutely phenomenal the pizza was good the place was clean and because it’s brand-new obviously the staff and the amenities were very clean and nice I must say that I took off one star because the valet rude and scary after we left when it was closed they were hanging out in front of the building blasting music and we felt rather intimidated The valley was looking for me inside Chucky cheese once he found me he snatched to get out of my hand and dumped my key keys on the table very unprofessional almost lost two stars because of the sky I was just that if you can find street parking avoid valet.

A Chuck E. Cheese with valet?! I don’t think the community knows that this Chuck-Es is open, there were only 8 other parties at the time of my visit. And, if you have ever been to a Chuck-Es that is probably best, as you have first dibs on all the games.
