The main office is located in Orange County and this is their statelite office, more for paperwork as it is not a full mortuary, however they offer the same services.
Sadly I had too call them and it was very late at night and I needed them to pick the remains up at 2am in the morning and they were sooo pleasant on the phone and arrived on time.
They were very professional, they did everything to make everyone feel comfortable and the gentleman that came was very polite. He was very patient as this was the first time for some of the people there and he educated them on what was happening, however asked them to leave the room so that he could get the body ready to be transported to the mortuary in Orange County.
He made it as pleasant as he possibly could, the remains were wrapped in a white sheet and looked very clean and peaceful. He paused and asked if anyone wanted to say their final good byes. I was impressed that they did not put my loved one in a BLACK zip up BAG, they had a custom blue cover for the remains, very professional and gave us all his condolences.
As I stated they can and did take care of our every need, no different than any other mortuary, they are more affordable than the others and they provide you with the death certificates in a timely manner.
They have a lot of experience and will even take the time to explain the entire process, you can ask them anything on your mind. They accept your insurance policy for the deceased and treat you very kind and don’t try to Up Sale you in your time of grief.
