One of my toddler’s favorite parks. Cleland Park has a nice size grass field (great for dogs), and a decent playground for kids to play in with decent shade. What makes it cool is that you’ll usually find friendly local Mt. Washington kids there playing, so your toddlers can have other kids to play with.

Beautiful, quiet neighborhood park that is perfect for kids. Lots of open space, play ground equipment and it is fenced in.

Unofficial dog play land! It’s fenced in, so bring your pooches. Grassy and not too much dirt.

This is a great small «pocket park» for those with young kids. Playground equipment is a bit older and is supposedly on the list for upgrades although we have been hearing that for years. Great quiet place to take the kids for the afternoon.
Some moms do a Friday afternoon «pizza in the park». Always fun.
