Came here when my friends got me a gift card to get a facial before my wedding. I used it on an acne facial and results were soooooo good. But writing this review because I bought a 5-​pack laser hair removal for under arms. They use a topical numbing cream, but my favorite part is that it’s fast! I guess their machine is really new and their attachment is larger than other places, which makes it able to cover more area. It’s soooooo nice to not have to worry about hairy underarms.
Staff is friendly, no frills, and there’s free parking behind the building.

Recently I heard lots of complements from strangers that my skin is flawless even I didn’t have a good night sleep. I wish it’s natural but I’ve been going to Cleopatra for more than 5 years now. I used to have lots of freckles and sun damaged spots before. After laser treatment, it’s all gone now and my skin texture is like baby skin. If someone wants to spend less than 5 mins for your make up in busy morning, you should go to cleopatra. We all have busy and hectic life, you don’t want to spend too much time to cover your spots or put thick make up on your face. It will bring your natural beauty to outside.
My older sister has done ultherapy one month ago. She looks 10 yrs younger than before. Amazing result! She said it’s painful but it’s all~ worth it.
Most of all, I trust all the staffs in cleopatra. Nurse Cho has done amazing job for years.

I’m early 50s. I had a second time of Ultherapy 3weeks ago at Cleopatra. I dont want do facelifting surgery so I had a first ultherpy from other place but it was sooooooo painful. So i hesitated to have another session this time. However, consultant «joanne» explained all the details and benefits of ultherapy, so I decided to go for second one. Surprisingly, this time I felt almost no pain cuz they put numbing cream thorougly all over my face for 3times. Just little feeling on forehead. Thats it!!! Mrs. Cho who did ultherpy worked so hard and didn’t miss any part of my face. It took about 3hours. result starts to show up now, i can see my face is already tightend. they said collagen builds up from inside. They explained that my face will be lifted up to 3 months. i’m so excided: D. I will definately try their toning laser and facial treatment. Thank you Cleopatra!

Highly recommended the ultherapy, I had it over a month ago and received already compliments from friends and family. Tried facial massage and acne control twice, and voluma last week. I had an injection called voluma which was awesome！The price is affordable.
Mrs. Cho made my face fuller but smaller and looking younger.

I’ve always had a problem with oily skin, blackheads and acne. I’m still a teen and I know it should be normal but it was a big complex for me. I tried to cover it with makeup but that just made it worse of course. I came here and got my first laser treatment. For one week, my skin was very red and was scabbing (but that’s normal). For one whole week I had to avoid the sun and cleanse my face well. So each week I had to do laser treatments, but in total I had to do laser about 3 – 4 times. After the second and third laser treatment, I already saw the change in my skin. It got way more smoother and less acne. I still got little bumps of pimples, but with the skin care they give it goes away the next day. So after laser treatments, I started getting actual face treatment, like skin care and cleansing. They get really little details that you don’t notice on your face. And now my face is really nice! Even my friends, family, and coworkers notices the major difference in my face
PLUS the workers here are so friendly and knows there stuff. Once you come here they welcome you like family. Now when people see my face, they ask me where I got it done saying they want to do it too. Right now I don’t do any makeup on my face like foundation and powder, I just put on sunblock and eye makeup and people get shocked when I tell them I didn’t put anything on my face. That’s how good it is~ I definitely recommend this place trust.

Very thorough and refreshing facial that leaves your skin feeling smooth and moisturized. Cool hydro facial machine and soothing face packs. The staff was really nice and efficient.

I got my armpit hair laser removal procedure. The result was amazing although the procedure here may hurt more than the other places it guarantees satisfaction. The staffs are really friendly and professional. I will definitely come back for leg hair removal.

i been doing raiser hair remover for six times and now I am free with armpit hairs and I am really happy about it. i was so stressed out with hairs on my armpit especially during summer but now I am freely wear any clothes. i really recommend you to do this!!!
