First of all, I enjoy supporting small businesses. But does not mean you have to take advantage of that! I brought in my bike hoping they can replace the chain and fix my back flat. The guy told me to leave it for an hour and it will cost $ 32 for all repairs. I then leave and he calls me an hour later to tell me my bike is ready. I get there and he tells me umm your chain works so I didn’t have to replace it. But I fix your flat. Which I was ok with that since he only charged me $ 15. But little did I know he didn’t fix the flat…

Horrible Costumer Service!!!
Only because I have to put something in I gave this place a 1 star!
The costumer service is ALWAYS very important to me but this place
has the worst service ever! The sign outside the door said they opened
at 10 am. I was there at 10:05 with my kids on our bikes because we were
going on a bike ride from there after repairing my daughters inner tube. However
the doors were closed and the owner was outside sweeping the sidewalk. I asked
him if he was going to open because it was past the time that was on the door.
He replied and said he wouldn’t open till 10:30 so I told him that he should change
his sign as a courtesy to customers and I asked if he would open since we were
there and it was false advertisement. He looked at me up and down and replied
it’s not time and continued to seep. I will never go back to this place again!
I went to target and and did what I had to do on my own. Very rude old man! Don’t
put a foot in there. He needs better costumer service because customers is what
keeps him in business!!!

Service was great, and they were able to true my rear bike wheel, but the problem was the price they charged me 50 $ for a tru in my rear bike wheel, thats because I had a motorized bicycle but its still a high price for something small. But they were quick and friendly and they were great!
