I called their office to set up a face time consult in regards to getting a Brazilian butt lift procedure. When Dr. Matlock calls me to face time, he immediately goes into a 10 minute story without introudcing himself, or even asking my name & talks about transgenders and asking me why I want to change my sex. I asked if he even knew my name and what I wanted? After a long awkward pause and me watching him look through papers, he apologizes… WHAT?! Honestly it was awful.
After the face time consult (he seemed to have an attitude as well), his front office then sends me a email with a quote, and had a bunch of typos in my name. They need to slow down and pay attention to detail!
I would never trust a PLASTIC SURGERY OFFICE who makes these many mistakes simply during a consult. Too scared I’d walk in for one thing, and come out a man.
No trust in this office from me, that’s forsure.

I saw Dr. Matlock about five years ago and had surgery done. I had a set appointment and was coming from out of state. As the day you go in for surgery you have to be on an empty stomach.
I got there in plenty of time and notice they were not calling me in… also, if I have to keep waiting without eating I start getting sick/​nauseous. I asked what was going on and told that the lady having surgery before me decided on some extra procedures. I told them I wasn’t feeling well as I had not eating and now I’m waiting longer then expected.
I believe my appointment was like 2pm and they didn’t start my procedure until 11pm, after hooking me up on a iv and given some drugs so I wouldn’t feel so sick.
I had the «vaginal tightening «procedure and now have problems with incontinence, and worst during sex. NOt impressed with this doctor… all in for the money, and obviously not good at what at that.
I say, save your money. a man should love as you are, and you’re the one that has to live with it. Sigh.
