This is a fairly small gallery we visited during the Art Walk. They had complimentary cookies and cheese and crackers set out. Though they suggested a $ 2 donation for the Charles Shaw wine(and presumably sparkling water). I enjoyed the«home» exhibition by Mia Babalis in the back room. She described the found pieces as parts of home she saw being torn down. All the pieces were taken from a home in Santa Monica that was torn down in a span of a week. She projected pictures of not just the original home but also her childhoom home and other homes. I particularly enjoyed the special projection she built underneath the staircase she hauled away from the home. Great little stop and very close to the Must and Crocker club if you wish to stop to get a real drink(don’t bother going to the Rite Aid across the street– they close at 7 p.m.!).
