Awful awful awful… unprofessional and just weird! I wish I could give this place negative stars.
So I got this company’s contact number through one of the condo property owner’s who contracts this place for carpet installation. I heard it’s inexpensive so thought I’d check them out. BIG MISTAKE and WASTE OF TIME!
It started okay first, Rick came on time to my place for an estimate. Then he said we can meet the following day to bring all the samples since he «drove the wrong truck». So we set up a time/​place to meet, but he was a no-​show. I called and called, he doesn’t pick up. Then I call with another number and he picks up. I asked what happened, he gives me a lousy excuse about his car breaking down but he didn’t have his phone with him as he goes to «call» for a tow truck.
I figured, okay I’ll give him one more chance since everybody deserves another chance. He said he’ll come by the next day with the samples. Well that he did.
Then I decided on a color and we agreed on a price. He said he’ll call me in a few days after he calls the carpet buyers. He never called so i left a message… never did I hear back from him. PATHETIC business!
To top it off, the office number is a disconnected number (818)500−9946. Shady place!
