Domino’s Pizza

This place sucks. It’s the only dominos I’ve ordered from where I couldn’t use my card to order pizza for a friend of mine at work. No wonder it only has 3 stars. I guess Pizza Hut it is. Fuck you guys

I ordered for my office, paid for extra sauces I didn’t receive. I was told they’d be refunded, they weren’t. When I called about it, I was told I wasn’t charged in the first place, I was, I told the assistant manager, inItially he lied and said he was the manager, it was showing on my receipt. Then he lied and said that it had been refunded, it had not, then he told me they don’t handle refunds there. Long story short, the food was nasty and they stole money from me. The driver was really sweet though. I order food for my office, at least $ 50 bucks, every Saturday and they lost my business. Never again!

I’ve been ordering from this place for the past few months and the pizza is delicious. About 6 – 8 months ago the guy answering the phone had terrible customer service and spoke broken English (you couldn’t even understand him) and it was an awful experience. He would put me on hold for so long I would just hang up. He must be gone now because all I get now are men and women who answer the phone and are kind, competent, and speak very clear English (which is the way it should be). The drivers usually arrive a few minutes earlier than expected and the pizza is always hot.
Don’t know why there are so many negative reviews on here as of recent. The people writing them need to remember, this is Domino’s, not some high price upscale restaurant in Beverly Hills. It’s a cheap pizza place what do you expect.

The pizza is good, but the chicken is better. The only thing is… you have to make sure they pay attention to the sauces you order because they consistently mess that up. The delivery ppl are generally nice. And the service is relatively quick. Way better than Pizza Hut, that’s for sure.

great customer service! fast delivery. order is correct. drivers have change. not waiting around for tips SO I ALWAYS give a bigger tip for that. pizza is hot, fresh, toppings aren’t skimpy. THREE THUMBS UP!

Horrible management, and poor customer service. Found a hair in my food and was hung up on when called to complain.

I ordered a pizza an hour before their closing. Never came. Called to make sure it was on it’s way and someone answered and said «We’re closed.» then hung up.
I can get shitty pizza and shitty service anywhere. Won’t be using Dominoes for anymore.

I never order from Domino’s. It’s pretty gross. I received a few coupons in the mail and thought «what the hell».
The coupon I used said «two medium two-​topping pizzas and Parmesan bread bites for $ 15.99». Fine.
I call over the phone, place the order. I’m told it will take 30 – 40 minutes. My delivery finally arrives over an hour later… and he forgot the «bread bites»… He said «I’ll be right back with these»…
Another half hour passes, so I call. I call to say «forget the bread bites»…I would like them to just refund that part of the order… The horrible witch who answers the phone says «we cant refund you because they were free»… What? No they weren’t! So she starts arguing with me saying that I had a «buy two pizzas get free bread bites coupon».
She offered a «store credit»… I said «I would never order from you again because you can’t even put a simple order together»… She pretty much went off the deep end with her stupid attitude and yelling. Psycho person.
I know it’s petty, but I don’t want to use my hard earned money to deal with inferior prodcut, service and some low life C-​U-​Next-​Tuesday.

Best Dominos ever. Fast service, great food, and accurate delivery. Out of al the Dominos I’ve ordered from this is by far the best.
The delivery person was polite and friendly. The online ordering service worked flawlessly.

I order delivery from this store fairly often. They are always fast and accurate with my orders. The drivers are always pleasant.

I’ve been ordering from them for almost a yr now. Less than a mile away. Pizza usually arrives cold and god forbid you actually call the place and speak to someone there. Unintelligible. I could hear was one of the employees singing in the background so loud I could hardly hear anything. I’m asked for his name. I was told it was an inebriated customer while I got schooled by «Summer». A customer. Ok Riiight. The end of which she asked «you have a problem»? Classy. Last time the order took almost two hours so I emailed corporate who gave me a $ 20 credit which I tried using today. No thanks. You’ll likely tamper with the food. Fire the staff on site. They’re driving this place into the ground. Meanwhile the drivers are busting they’re butts while you forget to give them orders.

I live 10 min away. I used to have great service, pizza delivered hot and within 20 min or less. The place has gone to shit over that past 3 months. Every time I order it takes an hour or more and I get a shitty, cold pizza. Tonight the driver showed up after an hour with a terrible pizza. I called and got the worst customer service from some guy and then when I spoke to his manager Maria her grammar was almost unintelligible. At least I got a refund.
Please get this store back together and improve customer service!

Let me start my saying this is the worst pizza service I’ve had in my life.
I ordered a pizza a couple weeks back at around 8pm and they took 2 hours to get my pizza and it was colder than a thanksgiving turkey. I couldn’t eat because I don’t own a microwave ever since it broke and it’s not my job to heat up pizza when it’s arrived 2 hours late, I might as well buy pizza ice cream flavor… Besides the point I ended up throwing 75% of the pizza in the trash… They really pissed me off that night so I called them to let them know. One of the ladies said I could get a free medium pizza the next time I ordered a pizza Which led me to having more hope for the store. So I need up calling them a couple weeks later which is today ordering the pizza and guess what??? They screwed me harder than ever… I can’t believe their service. The manager named «Maria» said I could get half off since I told her what happened and she first argued with me saying that I’m not even in the system when clearly the lady I talked to said I could get a free pizza … Evidentially she ends up saying she will give us half off and I agree. We order the pizza and wait 2 freakin hours and guess what? They never come… We call and call and their phone keeps ringing… They screwed us once again…

I ordered carryout from this place a few times. Zero parking and they are the only one in beverly hills that doesn’t supply parmesan cheese. Boo!
As for the pizza… i dont expect gourmet from them but it was good. they failed to cut it properly. I pretty much had to cut most of the pieces myself.

NEVER EVER EVER trust this place. As a traveling businessman I have ordered dominos in almost every single state. This is without question the absolute worst establishment I have ever delt with. If you are considering ordering from here, don’t. You live in LA and there are TONS of better places. Please believe me. Unless you wanna wait over 2 hours for breadsticks.

Every time I have ordered with them they have forgotten either good or dressing or something. Make sure to check your order before they leave your house or call the place before they deliver.

Disclaimer: I’m relatively stingy about 5 star reviews. AND I dislike chain pizza, am not crazy about pizza in general and I hate fast food… but I LOVE this Domino’s. They are my little guilty pleasure. If I didn’t care about heart disease and sprouting a gigantic ass, I’d eat this stuff all the time.
Why all the sad reviews? Maybe I’ve been lucky but each time I order (which has probably been 8 – 10 times), my pizza is fabulous; piping hot, an appropriate amount of toppings, soft, yummy garlic-​y crust buried in whatever stuff they sprinkle all over it. Whatever recipe changes they made a few years ago totally work for me. AND it arrives super quick and it’s cheap. There’s nothing not to love. Except the calorie count.
Gimme a regular crust pepperoni and I am in heaven. Not a pepperoni fan? whatevs-I’m down with the veggies, the sausage, that chicken one or the spinach one; I’ll eat them all.
Some have complained about the phone folks but I guess I always order online. I (somewhat embarrassingly) like watching that red line tick through the progression of your pizza production. If the employees are being rude, they should change and be nice. Like their pizza.

I gave them the benefit of the doubt after they had already screwed up my order two times.
THE FINAL STRAW: They gave me garlic bread cinnamon sticks… ENOUGH SAID.
