Really bad service!
Their main objective is to sell and make profit.
My husband bought me a birthday gift last month, today we went to exchange it and to our surprise they said it excluded watches and that they couldn’t do anything about it.
At the time of the purchase he was told that he was able to exchange it incase I didn’t like the gift. But today they had a different say.
I do NOT recommend anybody to buy from this place. Like I mention above they don’t care for their clients.
Customer service is not their priority.
I’m forced to give them 1 star, but If I was allowed I would give them 0.
