Fast service and turnaround time. Needed a prescription drug last minute and while all pharmacies were closed they were able to fulfill my prescription and deliver for free of charge. Highly recommended!!! Thank you.

this pharmacy is wonderful. I like everything about it, the staff, the fact that they deliver, the pharmacist actually talks to me and answers my questions and is friendly, and I get reminders by phone, there is an old saying. They just don’t make things like they used to… Well Dr. Ike’s does the saying false. They do things like they used to and right here in Lis Angeles.

Came this morning after seeing Dr Leo next door, for a refill of my potassium pills.
No one was in there, and literally he filed my prescription in less than 5 minutes. I didn’t get the name of the nice man who helped me. I usually go to the CVS in Tazrana by my house, but with this kind of service, hell I will drive a few miles. Cute little place, with chairs to sit and wait.
Spacious with big windows too. I didn’t have time to look at what else they sell, since it was ready so quick. Excellent service, and plenty of parking in the back too. Highly recommend.

My husband and I love Dr Ike’s Pharmacy both on Tampa in Northridge and on Ventura Blvd in Studio City!!! We mainly use the New Northridge location where Hairut was professional and willing to go the extra mile for us from the very beginning. Jackie has a very sweet and helpful nature about her as well. No more running out of our meds for days because we have to run around the city to see who has our medication in stock only to be either turned away because they don’t know us or told that we have to wait a week for the pharmacist to order it even though we are regular patients. Its enough that my husband has Congestive Heart Failure and Chronic pain so we spend a lot of time at Dr.‘s offices. We hated the extra hassle of other Pharmacies’ red tape, not stocking our meds, problems with the insurance or drug carriers etc… Dr Ike’s Pharmacy pre-​orders our meds and they are always ready on time which I have to say is a breath of fresh air. Studio City actually delivers too. Christony was very helpful today in setting up our delivery and even agreed to deliver some of Dr Ike’s Immune Support with our Rx tonight for our sick family. We love Dr. Ike’s family and are so grateful to have been referred to them

This pharmacy might have literally saved my life! I was prescribed a very expansive medication (over 16,000!!!) and my insurance wouldn’t cover it. I tried specialty pharmacies but no one was willing to fight for me. I spoke to Harut the pharmacist and he told me he will help. He called my insurance and my MD, got the medication approved and reduced my co-​pay amount to $ 600! I was excited! but he didn’t stop there, he then called the manufacturer of the drug and somehow got them to waive my copay. Wow! This medication is going to be lifesaving for me and I will never go to another pharmacy. They specialize in Specialty Drugs (high cost). If you have a medication that is not covered or you have a High copay, call them!

New Dr Ike’s in Reseda! Awesome! They have the same great service and staff. Skip the big chains and trust these guys with your prescriptions, they are really knowledgable and will teach you everything you need to know about your prescriptions.
