This place was TERRIBLE. The donuts were old, stale, and soggy. I could have had a better donut from the grocery store or a local mom and pop donut shop. This was like getting a donut from a gas station at 3am. Also, the bathroom was out of order. I’m not sure if all Dunkin Donuts in LA are like this, but it makes me not even wanna try another location. My boyfriend also thought it was horrible and horrendous. We were appalled. We went after a Pantages show around 8pm or 9pm and that might be why, but still…

I was here twice during my 4days trip to LA and love this place. I really enjoyed their Bavarian Cream donuts($ 1.09), Bowtie($ 1.59) and an iced coffee. I was so happy getting $ 1 deal on iced coffee and you can choose any size you want. Donuts were soft and delicious.

Sadly disappointed. I’d never been to Dunkin donuts and was excited to try it. I got the iced coffee with almond milk and it tasted like water. I asked for it to be remade because I thought perhaps it was a fluke since people rave about their coffee, but sadly, it still tasted like water. I also got the Oreo donut and it was extremely dry. The cream filling was grainy and it just wasn’t very pleasant. I’ll try Dunkin again, perhaps a different location, but my opinion of it isn’t great right now. Today also happened to be national donut day so maybe next year will be better: P

A Bostonian’s dream! I can walk here from my apartment and order my beloved iced coffee or medium regular. Though Californians don’t seem to understand what a regular coffee is! One thing I don’t understand is why are there no styrofoam cups? In New England we ALWAYS ask for a hot cup with our iced coffee!

As I am writing this review, I am sipping on their Frozen Coffee Coolata and licking the cream out of a Boston Kreme Donut. Okay, I am not doing it simultaneously… That would require me to have four hands instead of just two. I have a fond spot for Dunkin Donuts. A decade ago in another life time, I always stopped by Dunkin Donuts on way to Newark Airport in NJ. It eased the pain of whatever… I guess being lonely. There were so many people around me, but I felt as though… Never mind that. There is nothing spectacular about donuts at Dunkin Donuts… In fact, I prefer Donut Snob. That doesn’t mean Dunkin Donuts don’t deliver. If Donut Snob is the Rodeo Drive of donuts, then Dunkin Donuts is like the Melrose, east of Fairfax. I adore both, so there! Their«no barista» coffee… I swear they put something in their little coffee beans. It is delicious. No depth, but just delicious. Service is solid. Although most of the staff are friendly, those who aren’t smiling are efficient and prompt. Oooh! I just ordered donuts from ICDC via Über Eats… A long story, which I will save for another time. So, look for my review on ICDC soon. Nearest Metro Station: Red Line at Hollywood/Vine

Four stars simply because we finally have a Dunkin in the Hollywood area. Less than five stars because parking is impossible. If you live in the area, the only option is to walk(which is at times shady.) If you’re a tourist, this location is perfect for you as you sightsee up and down Hollywood Boulevard or exit a show at the Pantages across the street. For me, a local, traveling to this Dunkin is outside my woman-walking-alone comfort level, so I would rather drive, but I’m not paying $ 8 to park. So, I’ve only been once. Props, however, that it’s across the street from the Metro station. Anyways, parking woes aside, it’s an *okay* Dunkin Donuts. It’s very, very small — one narrow way in and out. The staff was friendly enough. It didn’t have as much variety as the Dunkins of the East Coast I am used to. But, they had a good selection of donuts and munchkins on a Saturday afternoon. They’ve even hopped on the blueberry donut train, which I enjoy. The donuts were close to what I remember(munchkins not quite on point, but it’s LA, what can you expect?) My iced latte, however, was just as I’d hoped. Naturally, I’ll make a stop on those days I decide to walk down to Hollywood Boulevard among the tourists. But it’s not convenient enough to be the every-morning-regular treat I would hope.

I would say I’m excited and finally there is now one in my area but not really. When I was kid, this was my favorite doughnut store. This store is quite small, few tables and chairs outside and a couple inside. There is no parking. You have to go to building and park there. They don’t validate but free for 10 minutes. If you prefer a meter parking there are few across the street on Hollywood Blvd. but good luck with that. Just walk. Much easier. Not much selections of doughnuts. Breakfast menu are just ok. They still have my favorite munchkins though. I’d come back for sure whenever I have cravings.

I know it seems silly to review Dunkin Donuts but this location was very awesome. I’m from NJ and though this location is small they handle crowd control very well. The outside area is very nice as well for being in a busy city. Bathroom was pretty clean. I ordered a medium iced coffee and they gave me a large.

First time in this location. This place is small and the parking is sucks! There are chairs and tables outside which is good. They have a lot of flavors of donuts. I got 10pcs munchkins w/chocolate glazed and powdered sugar. We also got 6pcs of regular donuts too. Some of the donuts that we got was pretty dry and it’s very disappointing but it’s ok. I’m happy they open one here in Hollywood.:) I hope they open one in Glendale. I’ll come back and try the breakfast sandwich next time. :)

Well a customer requested I bring Dunkin Doughnuts this morning. So with a little trepidation I made another visit to my local Hollywood store. The parking still sucks, however I entered the store. I was warmly greeted by the staff and the young lady behind the counter could not have been friendlier. I ordered two dozen doughnuts, a bagel and cream cheese and a coffee. We picked out the doughnuts she gave me coffee rang up my sale($ 25.00) and thanked me enthusiastically. Attention all expatriate Bostonians… give it a try! P. S. I had a doughnut… pretty damn good.

It was cool to find out that they installed a DD right here in Hollywood. These days I don’t usually drive out this far in the morning before work since I don’t need to drive to work these days but since it was my birthday, I decided I’d take a little cruise down to check this out and get some breakfast. Weirdly enough though, both Waze and Google Maps didn’t seem to have the location correctly so it navigated me to an address a block away. It’s located in the mega Eastown apartment complex at Argyle and Hollywood and I wound up in the neighborhood near by. I finally found the place but the issue, which is common in Hollywood, is finding parking. There was a spot across the street on Argyle in a loading zone but since it was early enough and I was going be quick I took the chance. The store had all the usual donuts and sandwiches that I saw at the Santa Monica location, only it’s a bit smaller with a some seating inside and and also outside on the patio near the entrance door. I decided to get the Apple chicken sausage sandwich and threw in an order of a Blueberry Cake Donut for dessert. Yeah, I like dessert after breakfast hehe. The sandwich was really good actually and the donut of course, was tasty and fulfilled my sugar craving. The coffee hit the spot and went perfect with my meal. I’d probably come here more often if the parking situation was a little easier but I tend to do a lot more walking these days so I may not be coming back as often. It’s a good place to grab a sandwich though and of course, to satisfy your sweet tooth so if given an opportunity, I’d most likely come back again.

Location is great and they have outdoor seating which good too. Coming from the East coast I’m happy to see one of these guys in hollywood. However I’ve gone several times after 8pm and their donuts are always really stale and they have a little selection. I also felt like their employees are always fooling around and not that professional. Not sure how long they are going to last. The several times I’ve gone the place is always empty or theres shady people lingering around. There’s too many good donut shops in LA for them to actually succeed. So we’ll see what happens. I’m giving them 2 stars just because we are both from the East coast. ;)

As an east coaster, my recent trip to Hollywood’s Dunkin Donuts was disappointing. My latte tasted watered down, they gave me a plain bagel instead of onion and they don’t have my favorite veggie cream cheese! Ugh! I’ll give it another try, because I was really excited for this east coast favorite to move into my neighborhood. Hopefully I return with raving reviews soon.

East Coasters rejoice! Finally we can get a decent donut and cup of joe the New England way in Hollywood. Location is perfect for grabbing a muffin before hopping on the Red Line Metro at Hollywood/Vine(like in south is morning). Outdoor seating complete with heated lamps is pretty cool too especially if you like to people watch. And the location is pretty prime. Staff is friendly. Services quick. So happy to have ya’ll in the neighborhood!

Stoked when we found out this new location near us. I mean it’s still a 10min drive from Atwater Village but it’s much better than driving to Encino. Would have gotten five stars, if not for a lack a parking lot. Parking is non-existent here. Grrr! Location is across from The Pantages Theatre so it’s a tourist trap. But if you love DD like me, then you would brave it. If you’re going here, unless you’re parked already, I suggest you have someone drive you, and drop you off at the front of the store, have your driver wait for you, order your donuts, and get back in the car, and call it a day. Save yourselves the headache. The staff is very courteous, and helpful. When I came here for the first time in the pouring rain(it was raining hard!) I had some trouble looking for the place. The African-American gentlemen was very patient & helpful. The store is fairly small, just a small table inside, but they do have outside seating. However, because this is Hollywood, you’ll will come across vagrants. You’ve been warned. The donuts pretty much sell themselves. No introduction needed. It’s DUNKIN’ DONUTS! Best donuts IMO! My favorite of all time is their CHOCOLATEFROSTED, and BOSTONKREME. Their CHOCOLATEBAR is also good! The MUNCHKINS are delicious too. Until they have build a location closer to Atwater Village, I will be coming back to this location, and their location in ENCINO.

Dunkin is probably my favorite coffee. If you’re going to get your coffee to go, then this is the place try and/or frequent. If you want to sit inside, be prepared for Dunkin-branded® «radio» musak that is so loud(which«cannot» be turned down by staff) that you wish didn’t sit down to read your morning paper or news timeline. Hey YumYum corporate… please! You’re Hollywood location is hip, but you’re not a night club party concept. Know thy customer — turn down the amplitude attitude. Cheers.

Before I get to the coffee which I’ve heard about forever. Let me address the staff at this location. It was 7:45pm on a Saturday night the cashier appeared to be high as a kite! The other person behind the counter had his pants half way down around his butt in that annoying saggy pants style. Why the staff there is allowed to look so sloppy is beyond me. Finally the coffee was ok. That’s it nothing special no big deal. I really don’t get all the fuss and hype.

I love Dunkin Donuts. But donuts should be a worry-free experience and if Dunkin Donauts is going to operate from that corner they should have a security guard. While I was enjoying their bomb-ass donuts, two transient types needed to charge their cellphones and basically harassed a young couple for their table because it had an outlet under it. Of course, the transients bought nothing, just sat there and proceeded to roll a blunt. This was at 12:30 in the afternoon, it’s not like there was another empty table, so the young couple basically left holding their half-eaten egg sandwiches. I don’t expect the staff to have to force them out, that’s not their job, but I do expect a corporation such as Dunkin Donuts to provide a safe environment for their customers and their employees.

How the HECK did I miss this opening? Can’t complain; I know what to expect with the food and drink, however Matthew B. below does have a point: it’s been so long since I’ve enjoyed DD that I’m not sure if the recipe has changed(doubtful), if the state of CA has anything to do with food that I usually like outside the state taste like crap once it enters within state lines(possible), or my taste buds have just changed over the years. However, compared to the random donut shops I’ve tried here, DD will continue to be my default. Having those delicious hash browns doesn’t hurt either. Terrible parking in this area. Of course there are the garages/lots nearby, but if you’re like me and you just want to run in/out for a quick coffee and donut(okay, donutS), you’re kind of screwed. The long old red curb spans that block, and like others, I too have set my hazards on, ran in praying there was no line(so far, so good) and ran back out. This is not DD’s fault be any means, but the city should make it at least a metered metered curb, since having a ‘free curb’ would be too much to ask for.

I came here to see for myself what all this people from back east talk about, i stay a few blocks away so i didnt go out of my way to get there. I got a coffee and they ask you if you want creame and sugar with it, i made the mistake to say yes to sugar that one is on me, they are heavy on the sugar to thw point that i could only drink half of it. I’ll be going back and do tha sugarmy self next time and try one of their snacks. Service was fast and friendly.

Dunkin is finally in Hollywood!!! I have been waiting for this day, well, basically since I moved here. Hands down, best coffee out there. Dunkin is a simply SOLID place for coffee, breakfast and DONUTS. Location is small and the entrance is hidden back on Arglye(technically at Hollywood/Argyle intersection) in the lower level of the large apartment complex. There aren’t many reasonable parking options besides the $ 10 garage, but Dunkin is WORTHTHEWALK. Welcome to Hollywood, Lover!

As a fat kid growing up in New Hampshire, I had a soft spot — a lot of soft spots, I suppose — for Dunkin Donuts, which were once a staple food. But like Twinkies, Kraft Mac & Cheese, and McNuggets, they’re not nearly as good as you remember. At first, you wonder if they got worse. But then you realize — no, it’s you who got older, got wiser, and moved to the big city. You know, so you didn’t have to eat shit like Dunkin Donuts. Still, my wife has a soft spot for Dunkin too — in fact, we have the same favorite(chocolate glazed, love you sweetie) — so I stopped by early last weekend to get a dozen. 1) The donuts were stale. I mean, they’re never going to be good, but at least they could be fresh. 2) The joint was already overrun by smelly, skeezy hustlers and freeloaders(«Um, how much for a cup of water?») 3) The woman behind the counter talked at length with her buddy at the front of the line. How I look forward to the day when we all have devices that let us transmit messages remotely. The fact that this store has opened just a few blocks from the far superior Kettle Glazed Doughnuts is just insult to injury. Folks, you live in Hollywood CA, not Nashua NH. You have a hundred better choices, with better donuts, made fresh on the premises, and not run by a CEO who called the $ 15 minimum wage«absolutely outrageous.»

And good morning Hollywood, and my new goto morning stop. The north-east staple now in the hood with all of the favorites, the breakfast sandwich, the coffee and the most all the donuts. Barry’s bootcamp and soul cycle are just around the corner which I think its going to have to be mandatory due to Dunkin Donuts new location. The store itself is a really tight fit to get in and out of and I’m not sure if you want to see how the eggs are cooked but hey that’s just me. But I’m still over the moon.

Hollywood’s been needing a Dunkin’ for YEARS and this location does not dissapoint! It is well located, just a block east of Hollywood and Vine, a little outside of the craziness of Hollywood-Highland but still within walking distance of the touristy hot spots. I’ve been twice since it opened about a week ago and the service and quality is top notch. I have not had to wait in line at all and both my food and coffee came out within a few minutes. There is just enough seating for this small location and a nice patio area which I am sure will be lovely when it is warm out. Parking is usually a little hard/expensive in the area but I was able to find a spot on the street right out front for a quick run in during my commute to work. It is also a very walkable area and this location is within a block of the metro.

Welcome to Hollywood DD! Your small coffee with cream and sugar hit the spot on a chilly So Cal mornin’. I’ve had you in Chicago and Atlanta, but something about walking right back to my office with you in tow made it that much sweeter. I tried the munchkins in glazed and powdered sugar — yummm! Obviously I’m a Dunkin enthusiast and I am so excited to FINALLY welcome one to my neighborhood! As a dunks lover since I was a kid growing up in NH, the iced coffee and munchkins put me right back on memory lane. The service was fast and efficient, with workers asking for donut orders far before you’re at the front on the line. Very appreciated! My first order wasn’t complicated(2 iced coffees and a handful of munchkins) but it still came out super speedily and without any problems. Yay for the dunks expansion!!!
